Fabulous Florence
Our stay (4 friends) was truly memorable..
Friendly, helpful staff. Central hotel really close to all the tourist attractions with plenty of lovely restaurants, cafes, bars and shops within minutes. Florence is a very walkable city.
The free pool and sauna in the basement was perfect at the end of a long day sightseeing, but does need a time slot booking. We chose 5-6pm which worked well for us. I emailed the hotel well in advance of our arrival with this request. Don't forget flip flops.
Dressing gown, slippers, shampoo and shower wash (Rituals), plus coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and small hob and fridge in kitchen area. We had a spacious 2 bed apartment on the 4th floor with a terrace , which was gorgeous in the evening for a glass of wine. The terrace is off one of the bedrooms. Nice big bathroom with heated towel rail.
Breakfast was perfect. A small selection of hot food, usually scrambled eggs, sausages and mushrooms or green beans. Then the usual continental spread of breads, cakes, cereals, cold meats and cheeses, juices,tea, coffee and prosecco! The breakfast is from 7.30 till around 11.
Cleaners came daily to change towels if required and make beds.
The only downside in the apartment was lack of mirrors. There is only 1 in the bathroom, none in the bedrooms.
I couldn't see an iron either but I'm sure this could have been provided if asked for.

Excellent experience
This place is absolutely fantastic. Location is perfect, can walk everywhere from here and a great base location to explore the city. Room was huge and well appointed. Also highly recommend the pool and sauna after a big day of being out and about. Terrific value for money, and most of all the staff were very welcoming and helpful with any queries. Will definitely stay here again next time in Florence. Only negative was having to leave!

A great team, a very beautiful hotel!
We spent 8 days in Florence at the hotel (with our 1-year-old boy).
The whole team was great, welcoming, smiling, and available. Even the Manager was very present and pleasant.
The hotel is very clean, modern, the pool and spa are very pleasant, only by reservation which allows for regulating the flow.
Ideally located in the heart of Florence (hard to get more central), we warmly recommend this hotel and have already planned to return for our next stay in Florence.
The whole team was great, welcoming, smiling, and available. Even the Manager was very present and pleasant.

From the very first minute, we felt at home. The manager and staff gave us an unforgettable experience. The very central location helped us fully enjoy our vacation. We will definitely return if Florence comes up in our travels again.

Excellent
Hotel located in the heart of Florence, a beautiful historic building renovated with great taste. Our room was spacious and equipped with every comfort. The pool is a big plus! Staff kind and attentive to our needs. Excellent experience!

che bella recensione , grazie mille dei complimenti al nostro palazzo risalente al 1200, appartenuto tra gli altri al guerriero mercenario Baldaccio Bruni di Anghiari che come sempre diciamo è una storia nella meravigliosa storia di Firenze.
Siamo felici che abbia apprezzato la nostra piscina ( un plus che pochi hotel del centro città possono vantare) ed il servizio del nostro staff, sempre attento e cordiale con tutti i clienti.
