A Relaxing , Enjoyable , Scenic Experience
Friendly and approachable staff, Alessandro goes out of his way ,along with his family,Mario and Rita for your needs to be met.
Our room has a ocean view, spectacular .was presentable, comfortable and clean(We didn't spend much time in the room)
Breakfast is included, fresh baked daily croissants, fresh fruit, cereal s , cappuccino, tea, assorted cakes, yoghurt ( as there has been a heatwave, upgrades have appeared! To keep all cold foods )
The pool was clean ( I believe there was a temporary pumping issue,which was taken care of soon as it could be).
Yes there is a friendly Dove! The terrace is fully open to sit and take in the scenic view
Note- Hotel Vittoria is a 3 star rated accommodation , Charming and set in Art Deco / Retro style... Though it is Not the Hilton,maybe not to everyone s taste, we loved our stay here at the HV and was everything we needed it's our 3rd stay here..

Let's start from the outside, beautiful view (the only positive thing about our stay). The pool is poorly maintained with dirt in the water, cleaned only once in a week. The rooms are dated, superficial cleaning, and dust inside both the bathroom fan and the air conditioner, spring mattress stained with time (I hope), underneath it we found wooden planks and then the supporting springs. Dirty towels already cleaned, window with single glass, making the room noisy. Breakfast is a buffet; the croissants on the first day seemed as hard as those you heat at home from the day before, cold cuts exposed on the table in the heat and without protection. At the reception, the owner was rude and not inclined to dialogue regarding our complaints. Overall, an experience to avoid unless you want to have a nightmare hotel program!

The only thing to save is the sea view.
The hotel is old and decidedly poorly maintained: the pool has very dirty water and the outdoor area is shabby; the rooms and bathrooms are dated and cleaned only superficially; towels are stained, torn, and have obvious marks from sunscreen; the bed still has springs, with a wooden board under the mattress to stabilize it, and the mattress is also stained.
I do not recommend the panoramic restaurant: we ate poorly, spending too much for very low quality. The desserts were served still frozen.
Disappointing breakfast: pastries seemingly reheated from the day before, cold cuts left out in the heat without protection, and oatmeal exposed to pigeons and swallows.
Upon our report, the owner was rude and unprofessional.
The hotel is located in the upper part of Porto Santo Stefano, with about 100 meters of elevation from the sea: a location not suitable for families with children.
Overall, a very negative experience, a structure that does not meet expectations nor the high price requested for the service offered and the state of the hotel and outdoor areas.
