STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

A wonderful place, surrounded by nature, quiet. Presence of sweet dogs and cats that add a plus to the place.
Staff, friendly and helpful.
The property clean, spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Satisfactory bathroom, equipped with everything. Great location to reach other tourist destinations, especially San Leo (5 minutes by car). Parking in front of the property.
To get there the road in some places is not very smooth but is easily overcome.

Fairly good

Beautiful structure, fantastic location, varied breakfast. The host is very accommodating. The only negative note is the cleanliness of the room; we stayed for two nights, and between the first and second night, the cleaning was not done, nor was there a towel change, with cobwebs everywhere.

For a peaceful relaxing rest

The single room, on the ground floor, was large with a double bed. The bedroom window, overlooking the external stairs, did not allow a nice view. The location of the structure, isolated on a hill, in addition to ensuring a peaceful rest, offers a panorama that stretches from the fortress of San Leo to the sea. Excellent breakfast with homemade cold cuts and desserts and also the availability of the owner. Please note that the property does not have a restaurant, but offers a discount at one of the restaurants in San Leo. There is a private car park.

excellent farm holidays

We stayed at this property on we of November 1, 2025. the place is very nice, spectacular view.
the rooms are nice, clean and cozy.
Augustine, the patron, is a very helpful, kind and welcoming person.
Great breakfast buffet. there is everything sweet savory cereal cold cuts cheeses, in short everything you need.
The only flaw is that, for now, you can not dine. We hope in the near future.
Augustine, with a nice pool would be the top.
Best wishes Alfredo and Gabriella.

Spectacular and relaxing!

I stayed with my wife for one night in this splendid farmhouse.
It is located just outside San Leo, in a spectacular position with a wonderful view of Montefeltro, from San Leo, up to San Marino and the sea.
The place is truly enchanting, very well looked after and managed by the very kind Mr. Agostino, always full of good advice to best visit the splendid surroundings.
The room, furnished in a typical style for the place, although not particularly large, was still very clean and with a very comfortable bed.
Good breakfast with quality products and informal service that immediately puts you at ease.
It is the ideal place for those who want to disconnect and spend time in a relaxing place.
