We had a nice stay. Friendly reception upon arrival. Good location. Lacking a few things like hand soap in the bathroom and basic things like salt & pepper would be nice in the kitchen.

Village Oasis: to be improved

Clean structure, great location near the center, within walking distance, and the beach La Cinta.
But during our stay there were various problems: door with faulty hinges and lock (we were locked in the house twice) and requesting assistance woman of the service center very rude, snorts and treats with enough, calling us rude for requesting an intervention as urgent as possible (as well as insinuating that the fault was ours). Linen provided only by reservation (15 € per person) but, since they are paid, it would be appreciated to receive towels that do not wear out and leave lint on the body. Faulty toilet flush, does not allow consecutive flushes. Water heater and hairdryer can not be used at the same time, quite important information, since there are four of us, provided only on site. No household products (soap, toilet paper, kitchen towel) are found, but on the other hand, impeccable cleaning is required, otherwise a penalty is incurred. Disposal of waste at guests' expense.
Also, at check out (10:00 in the morning) we were told that it would be possible to leave luggage at the reception and that it would be enough to wait 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately, however, the wait lasted for an hour, with no answer to calls made during that time.
Overall, structure not recommended.

Damaged apartment and rude staff, definitely not recommended

The staff woman is extremely rude: when we called her for help, having remained LOCKED INSIDE THE HOUSE because of a defective lock, we were told that the fault was ours (the maintenance worker, he was very kind, then assured us that it was not so), he snorted on the phone and then continued the controversy by text, calling us rude (we had only asked, calmly, for timely intervention as possible), probably thinking that we could treat each other like this because four young girls. The apartment needs maintenance, in fact, in addition to the intermittent connection, the flush did not work well, the door lock was defective in fact we were locked in the house twice. Basic items such as toilet paper and soap are not provided (when pointed out, the answer was that "it was not written anywhere that soap would be provided"). Bed linen and towels have to be paid (15€ per person per week) but it is of poor quality, in fact after drying out there were annoying lint on the body. Despite these problems, it is required that at check out the house is perfectly tidy. We were told that if we waited fifteen minutes, we could leave our luggage at the reception and we had to wait an hour.
The location of the apartment is good, it is close to the center but, if you are walking, slightly away from the beach (if you have a car, parking is also convenient), but the experience overall was very disappointing.

Nice comfy apartment, close to caffe and restaurants, 20 min walk or 5 min drive to the wonderful beach. Host was really nice, thanks Francesca:)

Heerlijk rustig gelegen appartement, vlakbij het centrum. Buiten het seizoen zijn veel zaken gesloten, maar de ontvangst was aller hartelijkst en we konden zelfs eerder inchecken.
