Excellent accomodation, set in the heart of the city.

We stayed with our friends at the San Moisè Lounge apartment. Located just behind St. Marks Square. It was perfectly situated in the heart of Venice just a stones throw from St Marks Square, the water front and subsequent shuttle buses. The location is perfect for shopping or touring the city just above some the main shopping precincts and 15 minutes from the Rialto Bridge.
The host was very helpful from initial booking all the way through to arriving on site. Directions how to get from the airport to the apartment were clear and concise and even offered suggestions on how and where to leave bags, book meals, supermarkets and things to do.
The apartment is situated on the top floor which is peacefully and pleasant but still offers the chance to hear the hustle and bustle of the city during the day and the quietness of the city at night.
The apartment was spacious enough for 3 sets of couples to stay and boasted all the amenities we could ask for. Although we only stayed for 3 days it would have been easy to stay for week or two with all that was made available inside.
The cost for the stay was more than reasonable for such a location and we would definitely look to use the company again for future stays.
A fantastic trip, thanks to Marika and her team.

Perfect location, great apartment!

The apartment is located in the best possible location, just a few steps from San Marco Square. It is spacious, warm, fully equipped, with many amenities. A welcome drink and a panetone cake was there for us with a city guide with useful information. The stuff was polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

Not as expected - or even close

The lady who runs this operation is lovely - Marika - very helpful and very accommodating. She was the first reason we give a star. The location is brilliant and dead central Venice - the reason for the second star. But the apartment was not as expected: very, very dark and the air-con in living room was too weak to be effective. So it was very hot in there. The biggest issue was that the apartment is NOT 150m2 or anywhere near it. Being generous, I would say 90m2 which includes the storage units, bathrooms and everything. Worse than that is that it is near a Chinese restaurant so you get wafts of Sweet and Sour Pork, chicken Chow Mein and every other type of smell that you can imagine from a Venetian Chinese restaurant kitchen. It wasn’t horrendous but certainly noticeable and seemed to permeate into the towels.
The toiletries were ok but soaps so small.....like those soaps you used to get in aircraft toilets 30 years ago!
Well, that’s it. We knew about the stairs so expected a hike up, but again, so many stairs.
This apartment could be great with a few changes: more light, diffusers, better toiletries and accurate description on net.
