Top floor studio was newly renovated and had 2 terraces. Room was very clean and spacious. Comfy bed and pillows not too hard. We picked this aparthotel because of the free parking which was great, although we only used the car to get there and carry on our trip. We walked into Verona to go to opera at the arena. Very helpful map and instructions from the excellent staff at reception. Very handy Aldi nearby.

3 Star Stay

The staff are all lovely and welcoming. A 30 min walk from Verona Central but was pretty easy to do. Every room has a balcony. All rooms have shutters which is good to keep the light out but you can hear everyone around you pulling them up/down which woke us a few times. The beds & pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The aircon started out great but by the end of our trip it was blowing out warm air, was the controls were confusing. Not much in the way of kitchen supplies and all a bit dirty, no kettle. Washing machine was great. Shower was okay, no problem with water temperature. Definitely a 3 star stay, you pay for what you get.

Former apartment building converted into hotel, but clean, spacious, parking included, walking distance to old city, staff available and helpful

I find it hard to believe that this thoroughly outdated and profoundly depressing property has such a high overall rating on this website. The apartment we were allocated was nothing like the pictures. Without exaggeration everything looked like it was from the 70s. We didn’t have any hot water for the duration of our stay. We reported this to two different staff members who couldn’t have been less interested in this. Rather, our reporting of the issue seemed to be treated as an inconvenience.
Poor location in a not particularly nice part of town. Inconvenient access to the old town. Very overpriced for what it is; it’s clearly capitalising on Verona not being equipped for the amount of tourism it attracts. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your time in Verona!

Poorly located and Profoundly depressing tower block hotel

Do not stay in this poorly located and profoundly depressing 1970s tower block of flats masquerading as a hotel. We stayed for two nights. The apartment was nothing like the pictures on hotels dot com, the bathroom was falling to pieces and - worst of all - we didn’t have any hot water at any point. I reported this last issue twice during our stay, and neither member of staff bothered to look into the issue for us. The water heater was a knackered old gas boiler located on our fifth floor balcony (which felt like a safety concern). Indeed, the very mentioning of it seemed only to serve as an inconvenience. They offered no apologies or alternatives. Utterly rubbish - and often downright miserable - service. In addition, the place is poorly located - quite a long walk to anything worth while seeing in the city.
If you want to feel safe and clean, don’t make the same mistake we did, and stay somewhere else! I honestly can’t understand how this place maintains a decent overall rating on this sites and others!
