Very nice and helpful Staff/family. Always provided us with necessities when needed. They were always available, very helpful, and welcoming. I booked a room with two queen beds and when we got Singapore there, they gave us a room with three beds, one queen and two single beds, which was great since we were a family of four adults. We were very happy with that. always accommodating. My daughter needed an extra blanket, which they provided. I needed a measuring tape and a knife to cut some fruits. When we left, it was raining outside. I asked them for bags to cover our luggage. They were very helpful and they provided plastic bags to cover all our luggage and the lady she was helping us putting the bags, which was very sweet of her. I also like the idea that they have a washer and dryer available at the property. We stayed there for seven days so we ended up using the washer and dryer twice during our stay. The area is very central. It’s in the middle of restaurants shops very nice area.

We had a bad experience, our aircon was not working and not cooling off properly, waited for hours to cool off till ask if we moved room but instead waited someone to fix the air-conditioner and came around 8:30 pm and dis assembled the fan and rinse all the dust inside the fan,it s so inconvenient and leave the room dirty....I won't recommend it

Excellently located budget hotel. Staff are lovely. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Unfortunately no fridge in the room but that's a really minor issue, everything else was great.

The host is extremely friendly and helpful!
We arrived at 11pm and he was still there to welcome us😊The room is clean and spacious, the air-con is working good that we all had good sleep🙂
The location is perfect that it takes only 1-2 mins to get to the hotel from Ximen station exit 6😊
Our family really enjoy staying in this hotel!

Location: 5 stars. Located right at Ximen area, 1 min from the MRT station. Close to Ninxia night market, Shilin night market & Taipei main station. There're Family Mart & 7-Eleven next to the hotel, very convenient.
Service: 3 stars. l The reception is nice and friendly, but they will be away from midnight and get back early in the morning, which you better avoid early morning flight.
Cleanliness: 3 stars. Honestly, it's just acceptable. Hairs everywhere, stains on the floor, mold on the shower head, but the bed was clean.
Safety: 1 Star. The hotel is on 5/F without any restrictions, and they probably put the master card somewhere very obviously, strangers can break into your room easily with the master card. There was someone trying to break into our room around 1:30 am. at the 3rd night of our trip with the card. Luckily, I was awake and stopped the person when he/she was trying to unlock the door. One piece of advice from me is to put some obstacles, e.g. chair or luggage to block the entrance. Plus, there's no safe to put your passports or other important stuffs.
Amenities: 2 Stars. Overall it's not bad if you spend most of your time outside the hotel. They will do the cleaning before you come back after a busy day. Just do remember to take all ur important belongings with you when you are out.
