Not bad for a 'romance' motel!
Stayed overnight and found the room to be a good size (a little smaller than some other similar romance hotels but more clean and new. No smells and dual entry for car and to access the motel restaurant in the morning. Buffet was ok with a minimal but enough of a basic selection so you don't stave (cornflakes, 2 toast spreads, croissant, milk and juice for western palettes, with a bit more selection for the asian style). Food a bit cold but no complaints given this is better than most romance motel breakfast I've encountered in Taiwan.
I got a quiet room randomly allocated and enjoyed the in room spa tub and a really large tv. Internet was fine and the shower had a built in sauna! One of the newer and more comfortable romance hotels I stayed at in the country and was glad there was no cigarette smells for once. The cleaning? staff were a bit abrupt and I bumped into some of them at breakfast (they seemed to help themselves), also the staff? wearing short skirts. So that was something different as I'm not used to seeing staff eat at the same place as guests. Whoever they were, shared the same staff entrance and exit into non guest areas of the premises...
Like many romance motels be careful with checking in too early or staying a few minutes late as this can incur substantial fees!!! I think close to a 5/5 but for the very late check-in and limited breakfast for that price.
