Nice Comfortable Place in Dili

This hotel offered an airport pickup service that worked great! The staff was incredibly kind and glad to help us with any need we had. Breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable with great beds and working AC. The pool was a real highlight as was the central location in Dili, walking distance to most places. The only downside was the WiFi did not work at all in the room, so we had to go to the lobby to use it. My wife also used the spa services and got a pedicure, which she absolutely loved, and it was a great value as well!

Beautiful Choice Hotel

Very spacious room and bathroom with a balcony facing the swimming pool. Indeed very clean.Even though city is slight a distant away,there are few eating outlets nearby.. 2 mini market pretty nearby. Very friendly and warm employees, always there to give a helping hand. Not much choices for Breakfast compared to the price of the hotel. Quite a cozy envronment and hotel has a neat landscape.

The hotel has very attentive and dedicated professionals, from the reception to the restaurant, and the cleaning and cleaning staff. The rooms are well clean suitable, need some possible updating, with older furniture and antiquated bathrooms.
Meals are also well prepared in the restaurant.
As a weak point, there is no elevator, which makes it difficult to stay on higher floors for those who carry a lot of luggage and especially for those who have difficulty moving.
There was a downtime in the organization of transportation to and from the airport, which had been previously agreed upon. Since there are not many options in the city, you are dependent on this type of transfer, so there is no room for disorganization.

Nice hotel with no lift but excellent attention

I started this review by mentioning that the hotel has no lift. Even though has just only one upper floor, if you are carrying large baggage it will require the assistance of the bell boy who is not all the time at the hotel.
The hotel is nice, a little old fashion but complete. Rooms are bright, big windows and balcony. There is a pool, a gym with weights and treadmill and some devices for legs and back exercises.
Something to remark is the staff. They are exceptionally kind, always smiling, gentle and open to your needs.
Crossing the street you may find the Legendario, a nice small waterfront restaurant, romantic and good food. Enjoy it.

Lovely vintage building with Portuguese influence

The service was exceptional, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel is an older vintage building looking its age in some places. Breakfast was phenomenal with your own egg chef . Pool could do with a revamp as showing its age. Disappointed the bar side pool was not operational during our stay as we would have taken advantage of that. Otherwise totally recommended.
