Nice hotel in the countryside but with a lot of potential up
The restaurant kitchen closes at 9 p.m. There are no other dining options within walking distance. When asked at the reception what you could eat after 9pm, I was informed that I could order something at the bar, but that would have an extra charge of €20.
When I arrived and tried to log into the Wi-Fi, I received an error message on several devices. Later, I asked the reception why this might be, and got the answer that the wifi would not go for several hours. The idea to tell me this at check in did not occur.
At check in I was asked if I wanted daily cleaning or points. I decided to do daily cleaning. When I returned to the hotel the following evening, the bed was not made, the trash can not emptied, but the coffee cup was changed. So you can't say you forgot the room.
All this at rates of > €200/night, as a Platinum member and at a new hotel. It's a shame.
Ps: At check out I was told that the management would contact me about the shortcomings. After almost 2 months I still haven't heard anything..

zunächst muss ich mich für die sehr späte Antwort bei Ihnen entschuldigen.
In Gänze stellen weder Ihre Erfahrungen hier vor Ort, noch die nicht vorhandene bzw. späte Reaktion im Nachgang unseren gewohnten Standard dar.
Hier bleibt auch nur meine ehrlich gemeinte Entschuldigung - da ist auf unserer Seite sehr viel nicht korrekt gelaufen.

Impeccable
The quality of the food (both at breakfast and à la carte in the evening) was outstanding.
Nice well equipped gym, and a nice wellness area. Ideal both if you have business to do in the area and to relax.
Very dogs friendly - the dogs are also allowed to come to dinner.
For car enthusiasts is of course the AMG factory (beware: Guided tours must be booked at the factory two weeks in advance) and the AMG showroom a highlight.
The website suggested on Google's website belongs to Marriott Hotels and is a little confusing - prefer to scroll a bit further and go directly to the hotel's homepage. That's really the only "negative" thing I can say.
We would definitely come back!

Very modern , clean hotel .
Nice room . However the Pillows are awful , no full length mirrors in room and I dislike the Steamer instead of irons .
Other than those small things , the bar area is very nice and I think will even nicer during the summer when the outdoor area reopens. The dinner was superb and the breakfast good .
Nice small gym , pool and studio . Very good quality equipment .
Very pleasant staff throughout .
