Very nice and friendly staff. PricePerformance top
Very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Nothing was missing . Coffee from the fully automatic stood us 24h. Free available. Also fruit and water.
The showers are unfortunately very narrow, but even there was done what you could so that everyone had their own suitable shower.
Rooms are clean and tidy. The price/services were absolutely fine.
We can't complain about anything.

Not everything that the Residence Hotel Garni advertises corresponds to the truth...
Here are my comments on the posted application for this hotel.
Room service! I did not see or notice any cleaning service!
ATM? Laundry? Lounge/Bar? Grills? Restaurant (Yes, this hotel has at least one restaurant that you can enjoy during your stay.)? If you prefer to enjoy your meals comfortably in your room, room service is also available.)? Hygiene products, free coffee and tea until 7 PM, free seasonal fresh fruit, a bottle of mineral water, welcome drink, high-speed Wi-Fi internet are all lies / untruths; the porter was only occasionally present,
the internet access code had to be asked for/begged for; at first, I thought the Wi-Fi only worked in the breakfast room, but it also kept dropping there - in the room (in the middle) I had no reception! Unacceptable for guests - I could not organize anything for my stay.
I really understand something different by hotel; it is also advertised as RESIDENCE - youth hostel is really more accurate - worker's room!
I had a double room, and the bed already filled the space; I had never seen such a small toilet shower - even in Italy and Greece, they are larger! The basin was so tiny, the toilet filled the small room, the shower with divided panels, so incredibly folded in the tightest space - you could hardly turn around, the entry was very high! Water flowed everywhere in the "bathroom"; everything was rotten/rusted, with silicone-replaced guide rails, terrible also the REWE toilet seat fixture - the built-in radiators had been painted once and never cleaned, dusted, or washed; dirt was at their base. It was also nice that the fixed soap dispenser was EMPTY - no soap, no shower gel, and no spare toilet roll. The furnishings were quite elaborate but were not cleaned well; there were marks on the wardrobe wall that could be removed professionally - if one wanted to. The walls are smeared, scratched, and dirty, with the corners worn despite edge protection. The bed frame made of cheap leather imitation is torn - I was unsure if the bedding had been ironed or was already used - the area under the bed was not cleaned. The "hotel" door is made of papier-mâché - I have never seen something so cheap, every step could be heard in the hallway. There is no air conditioning, (no refrigerator) breakfast costs extra, no fruits, no yogurt except for plain yogurt, no orange juice. The selection is very, very modest! The plates on the first day all had broken edges - on the second day, second-hand plates were served. What was good about the breakfast was that the items were in the smallest quantities in the little refrigerators - they had to be refilled after each person... The dishes were cleared, but the tables were not wiped - thankfully, I was always there early. I have no idea if there was cleaning staff employed - but I would have sent them home after one hour. The surroundings of the "hotel" were maintained, hedges, garden, bushes, facade painted, parking spaces were far too few, once down, it was hardly possible to turn around, so parking was in the neighborhood despite early arrival.
The location in the neighborhood is okay, the train station is nearby, a pizzeria is close, and you can walk to the Rhine in about 10-15 minutes.

Not recommended!
We booked this trip as a gift for our in-laws – unfortunately it was a huge disappointment.
Already on arrival and the allocation of rooms we were surprised to be accommodated in the basement. The so-called comfort room did not correspond at all to the pictures on the homepage. The view of the parking lot was unwelcoming, and even the cleanliness left much to be desired.
The family room was an imposition: dirty furniture, cobwebs, a huge cardboard box right outside the window, views of the parking lot and bulky garbage. The bathroom was dirty, unsanitary and heavily worn – shower, tub, toilet, sink – all in poor condition. Fortunately, our children are no longer crawling children, because that would have been really unacceptable. In addition, there was a constant cluck in the bathroom as soon as appliances were running on the floor above.
The basement hallway with open doors to storage and storage rooms also looks anything but inviting.
The breakfast was nicely arranged and was regularly refilled. However, most of the dishes were damaged, which can be dangerous, especially for children.
We have visited many different accommodations – hotels, apartments, hostels, apartments – but we have never felt so uncomfortable. We find it particularly unfortunate that no feedback has been given to our feedback so far. We actually wanted to give the House a chance to respond to our criticism before we shared our experience publicly.
Conclusion: Great location and friendly staff, but the room quality, cleanliness and Price quality ratio are disproportionate to the presentation on the homepage.

We got the family room which was sold as for 3 people however it only had one bed which could have been a problem . They accommodated late chick in which was very good. If you want breakfast you must book in advance.

No recommendation
We had booked 2 nights at this hotel. Parking behind the house perfect, but then it started...
When we checked in we got a nicely meant room in the basement from a nice staff member, as the other rooms are quite warm. On entering, there were small dead flies everywhere on the entire bed and the towels lying on it, including on the curtain by the window.
Then we were offered the next room. There were spine vines all over the ceilings. An employee should then simply remove them, as the room has not been used for a long time, according to the statement.
After another complaint we were asked by a gentleman at the reception (most likely the boss) in an outrageously arrogant tone if we want to try every room here now???
If I booked a double room Comfy for 114 euros (without breakfast) per night, I would also like to have a corresponding room! The 3. Room in the 1. Stock was then clean but totally overheated(for the summer you can't do anything) The bathroom much too small, tiny sink, no possibility for depositing cosmetics. Shower tray 70x70 cm and leaking when showering. Hook for towels far too close to the toilet. Trigger in the bathroom didn't work, so every time sauna feeling.
Breakfast for 14.90 p.P. very paltry. Cheapest packaged sausage and cheese. When asked about the sparkling wine, we were given a warm bottle that was then placed in a cooler with ice cubes. Wi-Fi didn't work. To the summer terrace you were not allowed to open the door because it was defective.
The location to the city center and attractions was great. In 10 minutes you reach the pedestrian zone.
We will not recommend this hotel.
