delicious breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere

We were at the cafe breakfast and were served totally nice. . Changes and extra requests were no problem at all. We felt very comfortable

More than meagre.

Not again! Extra small rolls, extra small croissants, sausage selection more than poor, no salmon or trout fillet, no fruit salad...... And for 22.50.

We would love to come back!

Today, three of us went to the breakfast buffet at Cafe Leeze. We were greeted very warmly and had two tables to choose from. Everything was explained to us briefly and then our drink orders were taken straight away.
Then we went to the buffet.
The selection was plentiful. There were several different baked goods, boiled eggs, various jams and spreads, several types of cheese and sausage, cakes, biscuits and so on.
The price also included prosecco, orange juice and water.
Everything was fresh and very tasty. It was also regularly refilled. The lady who served us kept asking if everything was OK. Very attentive.
The price for the buffet included one hot drink, fried eggs or omelette cost an extra 2 euros.
Very good value for money.
And the location itself was also very tastefully decorated, compliments!
Overall, grade 1 with *

Quirky place to stay

We had an overnight stay in Gasthaus Cafs Leeze. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful, pointing us in the right direction to find nice food. The breakfast was superb, even better eaten outside on the pretty terrace garden. The cafe itself was a huge double height space complete with piano in one corner. It was obviously very popular with locals and cyclists. All in all well recommended.

Ein schöner Ausblick ist nicht alles

Der Ausblick aus den Pensionszimmern ist wunderschön. Weinberge und die Haardt. Was will man mehr? Fast könnte man die stark befahrene Straße übersehen, die an der Pension vorbeiführt. An Schlaf ist wegen des ständigen Verkehrslärms kaum zu denken. Auch Ohropax ist überfordert.
