Good breakfast hotel in a quiet location!

The rooms were relatively newly renovated and well equipped. The situation there is very quiet. Cancellation one month before arrival was hassle-free and also free! The offer for breakfast was very varied and the quality very good. The beverage refrigerator in the common room was always well filled and the beverage prices moderate. The hotel operators have always treated our wishes favorably.

Nice hotel in a quiet location

We were here for a weekend in January and had the deluxe double room number 8. The room was large and functional and clean. No sound. Large balcony with mountain view. Good breakfast provided by the host. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with great views and service

Great, very well maintained hotel. Rooms are very pretty and cozy. The view from the balcony just beautiful. We were in room 17. Fair beverage prices. Open-plan refrigerator. Nice and attentive staff. Lovingly arranged breakfast. Large regional cheese selection. Versatile sausage and homemade jam.

Very nice stay in the Allgau!

Spent five nights in Hotel Malerwinkl during early August. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided us with a great deal of information about the area, local attractions, restaurants, etc. Our room was spotlessly clean, quite comfortable and well appointed. The balcony provided some spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was generous with a well varied selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, eggs and more. A workout room, honor bar, and a host of services are available. Wifi service is available, but in the form of a "hot spot", so connections to the Internet, email and such can be slow at times. American travelers should be aware that Hotel Malerwinkl does not accept American credit cards.

fond memories

We stayed here for two nights while on a European road trip and we remember it as a hotel we'd really like to return to some time.
It has all the room and bathroom facilities you'd expect with a nice balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view across the valley and in the distance the mountains. The relaxed atmosphere was set when we first arrived ...... help yourself to beer from the fridge in the basement and just make a note of what you take.
The breakfast was really well thought out with a generous spread of different cheese, meats and more.
