Beautiful stopover.

Very good value for money, spacious room, comfortable, quiet, parking available, if needed, charger, restaurant in the garden with a nice menu with last order at 9:30 PM, breakfast well varied and always stocked with fresh items, friendly staff, in short, perfect. I highly recommend this establishment.

Roast onion, well

The onion roast was a bit small. 150g meat at the most. Was still slightly pink, but quite short-fibred and therefore dry. Plus a completely inappropriate thick sauce, which reminds me a lot of an industrial product. The ideal roast is served with roast juice and fried potatoes and not with such a weird sauce with spaetzle.

Great hotel

We wanted to go to Bad Waldsee with our dog for a few days and chose the Adler. After initial disappointment, the hotel is about 5 kilometers from Bad Waldsee, we were absolutely delighted.
Here are the reasons:
A wonderful hiking trail leads from the hotel to Bad Waldsee in about 1 1/4 hours, good for dog and owner. The hotel itself is perfect, the comfort rooms are a pleasant size, quiet, the beds very comfortable. The hotel owners are very friendly and competent. Dogs are very welcome. The breakfast was fine and we were absolutely delighted with the half board. We will definitely be back. Many thanks Ursula

Speciality weeks in Bad Waldsee

We were at the specialty weeks at the Adler in Bad Waldsee-Gaisbeuren, the theme was "Spain". Excellent cuisine! The monkfish medallions were excellent. Great wines and a cozy atmosphere.
Everything was great, including the service.

Nice hotel with exceptional restaurant

The hotel is directly located at the B30 which goes to Lake Constance. You would expect some loud noise, but the hotel is a little bit backwards from the street, so I don't have any complaint. The rooms are very new and clean. But best part of this hotel is the restaurant where you can sit in some kind of nice backyard. The food is excellent and we will come back if we have the chance.
