Great ambience and perfect service!

Impressive! We can only say something about the restaurant because we had not stayed at the Hotel Post. But the guest rooms alone were impressive! You have to pay respect to the town of Bad Wiessee (it owns the property) for this successful restoration of the house.
Here it has been wonderfully successful to combine modernity and Bavarian coziness. Despite the large rooms you feel very comfortable here. Everything as new but tastefully furnished.
And the service staff does their part to make you feel completely comfortable. Thanks for the professional but also warm service.
Great selection of Ayinger beers. Those who want to know more about it will get detailed information about each variety.
The quality of the food is also good. The roast pork should have been more mixed for me, but that's probably a matter of taste.
Anyway, we were so impressed that we went again the next day. That just says it all!!

Beautiful alone does not make attractive

It was our first time here. The house was very lovingly and lavishly renovated. The rooms are cozy and nicely decorated.
The mattresses are always user preference.
The hair dryer a dream!
The dog package also very loving.
Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about different service personnel. We had a very very friendly and dedicated young lady and then unfortunately an eye-rolling unfriendly waiter.
It is also not possible at all for the service staff to talk to the guest about colleagues !!!
It stands out and creates a bad ambience! You're the calling card of the house! You can give the house ambience and soul
A very poor reception and impression.
The restaurant is located in the usual middle price segment of Bad Wiessee. The quality of the kitchen is good.

Portions manageable, good taste.

Beautiful, regional restaurant with alpine look.
Service staff very nice and attentive.
The food is very good in taste, the portions could be a bit larger.
A really negative point is the beer. There is no need for Munich beer at a super brewery on the other side of the lake.

Completely renovated and in top condition - centrally located - very good cuisine - nice staff

Very spacious and tasteful rooms which are absolutely new and have various amenities. Like the entire hotel, the rooms are in excellent condition and you can feel very comfortable there. The inns - and in fine weather the beer garden - invite you to a snack or a fine lunch and/or dinner. The menu is colorful and there is something for all tastes. The food is carefully and freshly prepared and tastes excellent - even the "oven-fresh pork roast" is really fresh from the cane - often you get here unfortunately only a few days old and already several times warmed roast. Really a great hotel, which I will certainly like to visit again on occasion.

Centrally located

Situated in the centre of the village/town. a friendly welcome when we arrived and the room clean and more than adequate for our two night stay. There is a good, plentiful buffet breakfast in the morning. This is a large hotel and they have a number of rooms available for dinner in their restaurant. The service however was poor, as the waiters/waitresses seemed to be trying to do too much at the one time. Too many tables to look after perhaps; food was slow in arriving but adequate in presentation.
