Wonderful stay at Hotel Gewuerzmuehle

We stayed for one night here but wish we had the time to have stayed longer. The owners Marianne and Franz were wonderful hosts, friendly and helpful. Our room was very well equipped and comfortable and quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and a great shower. The hotel is about a two minute drive from the town square and is in a pretty garden setting on a quiet road. The decor of the hotel is lovely, with fresh flowers everywhere. The history of the building is interesting as well. The hotel restaurant where we had dinner is fantastic, the food excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and the chef came out to especially ask us what we would like for dinner! We were very happy with his suggestions. It was also quite reasonably priced. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. All in all we have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Gewuerzmuehle.

Mixed

We (couple plus dog) were given a rather small, rather shabby room ("dog room"?). Nevertheless, we slept well and liked the bathroom, as it had above-average storage space. The location is also good, it's less than 10 minutes' walk to the center of Berching. There are enough parking spaces in the courtyard. Dinner in the winter garden was OK, there's plenty of space. The drinks were of good quality, as was the "Primitivo". We would classify the food itself as "convenience". Breakfast was banal, the radio music should be reconsidered.

nice and quiet place

This is a truly comfortable hotel with a nice staff. The rooms are clean and you can dine outside on the beautiful terrace. The cosy, small town of Berching is on the other side of the canal. We enjoyed our stay in these beautiful surroundings.

Wonderfull hotel

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Italy. The place was really nice and the staff was friendly. The food was good. Our room was big, clean and comfortable.
The hotel has a great garden where the kids can play.
The town is really beautiful and worth the detour.

Immer wieder gerne! Ein tolles Hotel mit einer herausragenden Hotelleitung

Absolut großartiges Hotel, äußerst saubere Zimmer, schönes Ambiente, tolle Lage. Sehr ruhige Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Die Hotelleitung und das Team sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie erhellen den Tag mit ihrem fröhlichen Gemüt. Das Frühstück darf man nicht auslassen. Sehr frisch und super lecker. Parkplatz vorhanden. Absolute Empfehlung!
