lovely but won't come again

Almost no complaints about the room: really spacious apartment with full kitchen, comfy bathtub and balcony (no spectacular city views tho). The lighting is kinda dim, but the natural light compensates during the daytime. The staff was nice enough and helpful, but there was nothing particularly extraordinary about the space, service or food that makes it luxury. Really enjoyed all the vintage shops and restaurant options in the area as well as the Boxhagener Flea Market on the weekend. Multiple grocery stores and corner stores in walking distance as well as public transit. Be prepared for cash only restaurants and cafés, but there are public ATMs on a lot of streets. I guess you have to really be down with the sustainable cause for the stay to be worth it, otherwise it's just a stylish hotel in a good neighborhood.

Nice but noisy room

Ask for a room higher up in the building, there are four tram lines crossing just outside...
We had a room on the 2nd floor and every time a tram passed the room was trembling., starting at 6am in the morning. Besides that, the room was very nice and modern, and the staff was very helpful

Vegan friendly lodging in Berlin

Our stay at Almodovar Hotel was very comfortable. It's near several vegan/vegan friendly establishments, including a Denn's across the street. We enjoyed the vegan friendly continental breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful.

peaceful stay

Almodovar Hotel offered a quiet and soothing atmosphere amidst of a vibrant area. Perfect place for discovering the city. The rooms are beautiful, staff always happy to help. Enjoyed it a lot, thanks!

Tram waking up guests at 4.30

As mentioned, rooms on the street are not noise isolated and therefore in the morning from 4.30 on it is impossible to sleep. You should warn clients and give them the option to go in rooms on the other side away from the street
