A very good option for Berlin.

It is a very well-located hotel. It allows you to walk to various points of interest in 10-15 minutes.
There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes away.
The room is large and has basic kitchenware.
What I liked the least is that they say they clean every 3 days, but on the day they do clean, they do not put in much effort...
Aside from this, it is a highly recommended hotel.

This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3.5 stars. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. We had to ask if they provide bathrobes. Listing on says they provide bottled water, but manager told us it was not listed correctly. They clean rooms partially (will not wash your used cups or pick up all trash) every 3rd day and normal cleaning every 6th day. Entrance is in the back of the hotel for some reason. You can leave through the door on main street, but you can’t enter from the same street. Hotel is new, but it doesn’t seem so in person. Location is good.

We had a great stay at the Capri Fraser Suites. I live close to one in Glasgow so now the quality of the properties. Room was spotless and I have never had such good internet in a hotel anywhere.
We had one problem on the last night with the washing machine and only the receptionist on call so ended up being given towels to soak up the problem rather than an actual person come to help but it didn’t stop our enjoyment staying there.
Pleasant balcony. Wonderful shower. Super comfy beds.
And - one of the reasons for booking - it had a solid door on the bathroom! Not a glass sliding door which seems to be the norm nowadays.

Rooms were good. Staffs were excellent. No balcony. Rooms were not ready on time. We were supposed to check in by 2:00 pm. But one room was made available around 8:00 pm. One at 5:00 pm. In true sense we had room for few hours for day 1.

Had a fantastic stay. The mattress was Sorensen comfortable. I loved the high ceilings and giant windows. Location was good for walking to various sight seeing, Alexanderplatz (but it was very hot during my visit). Well connected by buses right around the corner, literally. The worst thing I can say about this hotel is that the windows were so big it was hard to fully close the drapes to keep out the dawn. i highly recommend this hotel!
