Awful! Do not stay here!

Stayed here for event at Messe Berlin - location is okay. But first impression was not good. Emailed a few times about key collection and did not hear back then they could not accommodate our request. After getting the key the room smelt musty. Main corridor paint was falling off the walls. Hole in the bathroom ceiling and the rest of the ceiling was stained. Wooden floor was worn away in bedroom area and wallpaper was starting to fall off. Bed was like a brick. One roll of toilet roll and 4 small towels for 2 adults for 4 days is not good enough when paying almost €60 per night. When asked for more toilet rolls we were told it is not expensive to buy in the shop.. would definitely not recommend here and will never book an apartment again. Should be shut down and fully refurbished. See photos attached.

Adequate

No frills apartment in a social housing block. No lift on site despite advertising such. Could be a problem as there are 6 flights of stairs to climb. Very basic furniture; kitchen equipment in way of crockery etc. woefully inadequate.
On the plus side, good location, a small balcony, decent free WiFi, and generally clean.

Spend some money pls

I booked this apartment for the ITB
Is well connected to the south entrance of the fair , you can easily reach with the metro 2 stops
The metro is very close to the apartment
The house itself is very nice but
No window shade
The mattress and the pillow can kill your back and neck
No welcome water or coffee
Quite taught to contact the guy who works for them
Check in at 16 ! And no storage for the luggage
No security box and the main door is not safe
Please invest some money !

Disappointing Stay

We booked 2 rooms from 07-12 March 2017 in the same booking but they give us difference buildings, the apartment was old, the curtain is not good condition, toilet , heater doesn't work properly and the elevator too old. Upper neighbors are very loud all night long. I am decided to check out next morning and stay in nice Mercure hotel in the same price. Not value for money and will not recommend for anyone. Only good of this apartment is Location.

Immeuble insalubre. Pourri; A fuir.

Nous avons fait des crises d'asthme.
Les façades extérieures ont été repeintes mais pourri à l'intérieur.
Les parties communes sont également fortement dégradées ressemblant à immeuble ZUP des années 1960
Présence de moisissure.
Volets cassés et fenetres très anciennes moisies.
Lattes de lit cassées.
Divan clic-clac sur lequel il est impossible de dormir sana se blesser car extremement dur.
Chaise pourrie et rafistolée avec du ruban adhésif.
Douchette très sale. Nous avons du nous doucher avec des récipients.
Remontées d'eau provenant des conduites des eaux usées d'ou des odeurs nauséabondes.
Cherchez un autre endroit pour vous loger.
Descriptions avec photos
2 plaques de cuissons qui chauffent en permanence au maximum. Très dangereux.
