Very good.

Very quiet room.
Friendly staff.
Very good breakfast.
Unfortunately, it was very warm in the room due to the lack of air conditioning. The fan does not really help either.

It used to be better.

The reception was excellent; since the room assigned to us was very noisy, the staff reacted very quickly and assigned us another room. Only the next morning did we notice the issues in the shower (the shower wall was only hanging by one attachment); this was also resolved promptly. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The cleaning of the rooms and hallways could be better, and existing issues should also be reported by the cleaning staff.

Housekeeping staff was amazing and took great care to attend to our room. Bonus was a teakettle and various teas offered in the room. Being inside the train station, the train to anywhere was right there!

Good hotel in a nice location and many other benefits

A good and clean hotel in a very nice location. The hotel is close to the city center and Berlin's sights. You can park under the hotel, and if you are a member of the hotel chain, you receive a voucher for free public transport for all days of your stay. That was pure gold. Within a few minutes, you can be in the center by bus (or otherwise) and enjoy everything the city has to offer.
The hotel is good, the breakfast is adequate, and the staff is very friendly. In short, highly recommended if you are going to Berlin.

Hotel is a decent price but is becoming a little run down. Bath towels are worn; the shower door doesn't fully enclose the water, so water went all over the floor. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Convenient to the trains, which was important for us.
