Like an oasis in the desert
Booked in on a whim after escaping an awful hot and scary hotel. Booked directly at the desk and snagged the last room!
Workers are very friendly, the rooms are in excellent condition with air-conditioning, coffee machines, mini fridge, safe, both hard and soft pillows and a fancy bathroom with mirrors at different angles and a fancy shower with buttons. The hotel is also super close to the train station.
Its not even very expensive! Spend the money to get the facilities you need!

Super
The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and one could sleep well in it. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and there was plenty of everything. The hotel is also in a very quiet corner, which is nice.

Great transport links
Stayed here for three nights while visiting Berlin. The hotel is well located for getting around, with easy access to the U-Bahn, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.
Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the room. The door was swollen and difficult to open and close. We reported this to reception on our first day, but it remained unresolved throughout our stay. We also mentioned it again when checking out, so it was disappointing that nothing was done during our visit.
Breakfast offered a good selection overall, although we noticed that the bread rolls were not replenished after around 9am. Perhaps we could have asked, but I would have expected the breakfast selection to be kept topped up while breakfast service was still ongoing.
The shower also lacked pressure, which was another minor disappointment.
Overall, while there were some issues, the hotel served its purpose as a base for our three-night stay. Its convenient location and transport links were definite positives, but a little more attention to maintenance and breakfast service would have made the experience considerably better.

An overall pleasant stay with minor weaknesses and a dash of humor.
The reception staff seemed a bit annoyed upon arrival. Admittedly, at an outside temperature of 100.4 degrees, one can understand that humanly. My request for a room on an upper floor, which I had already expressed two weeks earlier, was unfortunately not taken into account. When asked, the only response was: "Fully booked." So it ended up being the second floor.
Parking with the parking machine was a bit adventurous at first, but in the end, everything worked without any problems.
The room was perfectly fine. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning at 38 degrees was simply worth its weight in gold. Refrigerator, safe, everything is available. The bathroom, however, was quite small and, with the bathtub, no longer quite up to date. The excellent water pressure in the shower made up for that.
Things got a bit curious when I asked for a simple bed sheet to replace the rather thick duvet. At first, it was explained to me that they only had exactly one sheet per room. I then replied with a smile that that was a nice fairy tale. Five minutes later, the phone rang: The front desk had suddenly found a bed sheet after all and brought it to the room. All's well that ends well.
Breakfast at the Rossini restaurant was very pleasant, cozy, and offered everything you need for a good start to the day. I also had dinner there, and it was truly excellent.
The check-out process was quick and uncomplicated. The subway station, which is only about 400 meters away, is also convenient.
Conclusion: A good hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent air conditioning, and an outstanding restaurant. There is still some room for improvement with the service at the front desk; sometimes a little smile really helps. Overall, however, a stay that I can certainly recommend.
