Had comfortable stay and much need respite from the exceptional heatwave with an air conditioned room. Although we didn’t ask and weren’t expecting it our room was cleaned daily and the staff we did meet were very friendly. Well located close to transport links and shops etc.
Would recommend and stay again if visiting Berlin again.

Good hotel but bad receptionists.

Very good location, close to public transportation. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. Everything was functional and worked well.
The only downside was the attitude of the reception staff. They were barely friendly, if at all, and rolled their eyes whenever we asked the slightest question. I also noticed their interactions with other guests, and they behaved the same way. In my opinion, this really detracts from the overall quality of the hotel.

Aparthotel room was excellent, albeit a closet had sand on the lowest shelf.
Receptionist presumably had a bad day, was directly rude when asking for assistance.
Breakfast could be middle eastern inspired, not your typical offerings - but we got a full stomach.
Rooms where very spacious and comfortably cooled (outside temperature was 32C+)

Unfortunately, more style than substance

The hotel has a good location and the rooms are nicely furnished.
The connection to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn is great, so you can get everywhere quickly.
Unfortunately, however, the cleanliness was not satisfactory. The bathroom and toilet, including the door, were still partially dirty from the previous guest.
The breakfast for over 20€ was also disappointing. There were apparently bake-off rolls from the previous day and some food items no longer looked fresh. The price for breakfast was not justified in this form.
After the first day, we looked for and found breakfast alternatives in the area.
The staff was also partly unfriendly and not very service-oriented.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel despite the good location. For me, it was definitely the first and last stay.

Bad Wifi

I was there a few weeks ago on a short business trip. The room was decent and had an okay view of a local football pitch. The thing that really annoyed me was the Wi-Fi. It was bad quality, which went against what was mentioned online. When I raised this with the guy at reception, he was ridiculously unhelpful. In a big, modern hotel in 2026, you'd expect a good level of Wi-Fi, and this simply wasn't the case. It had a negative impact on my trip, and I would not stay here again.
