We would always come back here

Very nice hosts with a perfectly sufficient supply of breakfast and also the room is quite sufficient at a top price. Only the limescale deposit in the bathrooms could be eliminated a bit otherwise complaining at a high level

Could be better.

Old fashioned hotel. Rooms were clean but could use some freshening up. We had booked for 2 nights, but the hotel owner made a mistake and only booked 1 night, so we had to look for another hotel for the 2nd day. Unforgivable.

Not recommended because too many errors

We ate here and were a little disappointed. Instead of the ordered giant prawns on rocket, the starter was served with prawns on lamb's lettuce without any notice. Then, instead of the dish from the menu, beef with peas and carrots was served differently again: Brussels sprouts and broccoli as a side dish!!!
After pointing out that it was wrong, I was asked if I really wanted peas and carrots!?! Yes!!
My friends were served schnitzels about 15 minutes later and the fries or other side dishes were missing. After another 20 minutes, I was informed that there were no peas/carrots. They had run out. Because this information took far too long, my meat was already cold. So I ate cold beef with potatoes without sauce and then later paid the full price. The meat tasted good, but unfortunately there was not even an apology or an offer of a discount or a drink on the house. Given the many mistakes, we cannot recommend the restaurant.

Highly recommended

Very friendly hosts, delicious food. Among other things, there was a meat skewer that was beautifully presented and tasted excellent.
Room clean, bathroom spacious.
We came with our bikes, which we were able to park in the garage. Although we arrived before the official opening time, we still got something to drink.

We will not be back here!

An unfriendly welcome, a tiny tiny room for dwarfs, poor breakfast, no choice in booked 4 course dinner, a filthy yard leading to the rooms ( full, rusty ashtrays, a heep of bird poo on the window ledges, unwashed windows...) no private parking ( although announced as present on the website) ..... Since this place has been taken over, it's certainly not been an improvement!! O.k., it's not expensive but still far too much for what's on offer.
Never again!!
