Wonderful facility – gastronomy needs improvement.
Huge generous property directly on Lake Oberucker with direct lake access; however, the parking area still has the charm of the GDR from the sixties. Friendly and professional reception with direct recommendations for room preferences. Overall, the house is very lovingly and tastefully furnished and well-maintained. The rooms are excellently equipped; nothing is missing (including a high-quality kettle, coffee machine, Occitane products, all at a very high level).
The wellness area features a spacious sauna area and warm (!) indoor pool is in the lakeside house! The newer pool house has a small but warm outdoor pool and is not directly by the lake. Unfortunately, there are also some very noisy day guests in the wellness area.
The house has beautiful outdoor areas for breakfast, the bar, and the restaurant, all with direct views of the lake and evening sun.
We were disappointed by the situation during dinner, with absolutely inadequate service and a high-priced menu. We left right away; the restaurant was fully booked, and a waiter was struggling, without being friendly, to attend to the numerous guests. On weekends, a bistro on the premises is also open, which we did not try.
The smoking policy is not to everyone's taste: ashtrays are placed everywhere (even outside in the wellness area), and they are emptied carelessly. Smoking is also allowed on the balcony, which, with the bedroom window open, leads to smoke entering the room as early as 7:00 AM.
Part of the outdoor area is currently a construction site, where an infinity pool is being built at the lakeside house, along with pool rooms in close proximity, which, according to staff, will not be completed in the foreseeable future.

A find.
Actually, we only wanted to make a stop here for one night on our way to the Baltic Sea. That turned into three nights. The hotel is beautifully located by Lake Ucker. The rooms have a great view of the lake. The wellness area is very elegant, featuring several saunas, a steam bath, and you can go directly to the lake or into the lake.
The breakfast buffet is very abundant. The selection of bread is heavenly. The service is very attentive.
I have definitely added this hotel to my address list.

Perfect for relaxing
We were over the provider"Kurz mal weg" in Warnitz and are fully enthusiastic. Although there is still some under construction, that did not detract from the overall impression. Perfect rooms, loving decoration wherever you look. Very good Service, the food a treat.

An absolute naughtiness
We had already booked two nights in January for three people for the Whitsun weekend. Unfortunately, it turned out at short notice that one of the three of us will not be attending and we asked the hotel for a booking change in which we explicitly indicated that we will only take the trip as two. The confirmation email to this request was registered by us thankfully – which later turned out to be incorrect. After arriving from different parts of Germany, it turned out that our booking was completely cancelled, but the hotel was now fully booked. The lady at the reception tried to organize a room nearby and offered us free use of the wellness area. Of course, this did not correspond to our wish of the planned time out and the organized room was unfortunately unacceptable for us. We were promised that we would be approached to compensate for this mistake. After waiting 6 days and not receiving a message, we asked the hotel how to handle our case. In response, we received the cancellation confirmation again, indicating that we had not objected to it and had already been told that the reception had simply misread our message. There was no insight into the mistake or an offer to make amends. The hotel seems to have no need for customer-friendly handling or customer acquisition. So the question arises whether one is not better off in other resorts – because those who represent such an attitude on the outside should also be more interested in themselves in their everyday dealings with (potential) guests. It would have been so easy to excuse this mistake and convince customer-friendly handling. Instead, the firmly promised feedback was dispensed with and attempts were made to reverse guilt.

We will come back!
We stayed spontaneously for 3 nights in this beautiful place and were very enthusiastic. Just had to leave the city for a few days and on the internet we were shown the hotel in the surroundings of Berlin. Great staff, nice rooms with balcony and just peace and quiet on the lake. Spacious spa and a mega gym with indoor and outdoor pools.

You may also use the spa area from 10:00 on the day of arrival and until 18:00 on the day of departure.
