Gladly again and recommended!
Very nice and centrally located on the tourist port mile. Zimmwr are large and homely designed, although visually something already seems to have come of age. Maybe some new painting, as a recommendation. Nice view (extra charge) of the Weser towards Bremen. There are also rooms with views of the harbour facilities and the beginning of the North Sea for a further surcharge. Very the restaurant with the fantastic breakfast buffet and the friendly and attentive service team. Easy to reach by car, as a public underground car park is directly connected to the house.

Overpriced and outdated.
Disappointing.
We had to book into the Atlantic Hotel because our train was canceled. The night before, we had been accommodated in another hotel. The price difference was about 60 euros, which we paid extra.
The carpet was dirty, the room was very noisy, meaning we heard everything from the neighboring room. The interior is very outdated.
There are significantly better and less overpriced rooms in Bremerhaven.

There are significantly better hotels in Bremerhaven
Not worth 4 stars. No room service, no minibar. If you get thirsty at night you have to go to the lobby. Room musty, worn out. Breakfast totally overpriced. Air conditioning very noisy. Room poorly lit. Cabinet incorrectly assembled or broken. Single-layer toilet paper

Bei dem eingesetzten Toilettenpapier handelt es sich um ein zu 100% kreislauffähiges Recyclingprodukt nach dem cradle-to-cradle Standard, dessen Einsatz wir seit vielen Jahren bereits gegenüber konventionellen Massenprodukten bevorzugen.
Fällt Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthaltes etwas auf, z.B. ein störendes Geräusch der Klimaanlage oder ein Defekt am Mobiliar, sind wir Ihnen für jeden Hinweis an unser erfahrenes Rezeptionsteam dankbar, das 24 Stunden für Sie erreichbar ist. So erhalten wir die Gelegenheit, Ihrem Hinweis nachzugehen und die Funktionstüchtigkeit zu überprüfen, erforderliche Reparaturen umgehend vornehmen zu können.

Pretty building but that’s it.
The hotel did not live up to expectations. The staff wasn’t friendly. The standard room is modern and clean, but lacks a mini fridge and the TV is the size of a computer screen. The WiFi in the room is so bad as to be not useable. The “fitness” center is the size of a closet with only three machines (one treadmill, one bike, and one other cardio machine; no weights or other equipment of any kind). And the sauna was not working when we were there.

As part of our sustainability strategy, we have made a conscious decision not to operate 120 minibar refrigerators in all of our hotel rooms on a continuous basis. Instead, we offer a much wider range of chilled drinks and snacks in our maxi bar, which is available to all guests around the clock in the hotel lobby.
We communicate the facilities available in our fitness corner transparently. We are happy to take your suggestions for improvements in order to enhance what we can offer in the space available to us. For guests who are looking for a comprehensive range of fitness facilities, we are happy to recommend a nearby gym that offers day passes, for example.
Luckily, we were able to fix the sauna within 24 hours. Guests who were affected on that day received appropriate compensation.
If you notice anything during your stay, such as problems with the Wi-Fi, please let our 24-hour reception know. This will allow us to check if everything is working properly.

Disappointing - never again!
One disappointment after another. First of all the positives, the staff at the reception have been extremely friendly and also the service in restaurant and bar was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was so far clean and the view from the room already very nice. However, the hotel rooms are only in the lower part, above that other companies. Instead of using the highest room in the building as a restaurant and bar, both were housed on the ground floor. The area also lacks like the rest of the house, any charm. Upstairs there are only function rooms, so very few guests enjoy the view. It's one of the stupidest decisions in the hotel industry I've ever seen. The breakfast for 27€ gave hope for great variety and quality, the opposite was true. It was an imposition for the price, I have never seen such a poor price/performance ratio. The scrambled eggs from the bag, even if you ordered an omelet - it was tough to get eggs tough is quite an achievement. The orange juice cheap. The cheap baking rolls were cardboard. The cold cuts nothing special.
In short: This is where management has failed across the board. I was really looking forward to the stay, the hotel management and the F&B management are simply inept. The hotel is environmentally friendly but in every room plastic coffee capsules etc.
