All top!!!
we stayed 2 days in the hotel and were very positive surprised although we had only read the comments here and were skeptical first I must say was not as it was described here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was top everything you need, a very large selection.
We will come back again

Sorry to say but not the best, no air con but i should have checked first, room was clean but very weird decor, lights flicked all night, had to remove card for the power, bathroom needs updating, breakfast poor, just not the best, however the gentleman at reception, the older person was excellent, very helpful, no complaints

Spacious room and large bed. Pillows are large, square and way too soft to go with the already soft bed - perhaps a firmer pillow choice also would be nice. Bathroom has glass door which is not great for privacy and we found a bit odd. We were there 3 nights and my parents in their room for 4 nights and despite being out each day from 9am ish - no days were the rooms cleaned or towels changed etc - even the bin being emptied would have been nice. Free hot drink machine was a plus - really good extra and we had a fridge in our room (my parents did not though but had cupboard for it) - free drinks in both rooms to start the stay was a lovely bonus. Staff were friendly/lovely and couldn’t do enough - had to ask for extra pillows and a fix of our safe - both of which were quickly rectified. Reception only manned 1pm-11pm so worth noting. Good location of hotel and lovely restaurant Saigon right next door! Highly recommended. Breakfast at hotel we didn’t need but did look good with a good range of choice.

Cleam amd finctional room. Veey good service. Limited amenities and did not have breakfast. Very well located to enjoy the old town. Would stay agaim.

Excellent service by Salvador
I stayed at the DORMERO Hotel and Albergue in Sahagun, Spain, the night of October 7, 2025 and checking out the following day. The stay at the hotel was fine and as advertised but what was truly remarkable was the service, particularly of one of the persons working there named Salvador. On Oct.8, I checked out of the hotel arranging for my bags to be transported to my next destination, which they were. In the process, I forgot 2 small items in my room, a lightweight blanket that rolled up into a tiny cylinder and a sleeping bag liner(which folded up into a 4 inch by 4 inch by 1 inch package). When I got to my next destination, I realized my omission and tried to contact the DORMERO hotel in Sahagun. When that was unsuccessful, a sent text message requesting a call-back which I didn’t really expect. In less than 10 minutes I got a a call from Salvador at the hotel. He was very sympathetic and listened carefully as I explained the problem. He promised to call me back in 20 minutes and did. He requested more info and promised to call me back within 10 minutes which he did saying that he’d found the items. He then made arrangements to ship the items to my next destination. He then called back to get my banking details and then arranged for shipment of the items. I received the items the next day complete and fully in tact. I was really impressed because at any point, he could have ignored me or failed to get back to me. He never did that. He made the rectification of my mistake his problem and showed the tenacity to seek a resolution to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, such high-quality service is a rarity in our modern world. Salvador showed an exceptionally high level of service that should be an inspiration to others and I really appreciate it.
