Positively surprised

I was looking for a place to stay for 1 night with my daughter. What I received was above my expectations. Very clean room for an amazing low price. They made the maximum out of a minimum. Very efficient. Compare it to a small
Car that is fully loaded with all accessories.

Late check in through a pin system is available and key safes too but they don’t advertise - bakery and restaurant nearby too. Functional and clean but a tendency to start entering your room and push you to get out even before 9am - parking system is good once you know and have a card to get in but don’t arrive before 14:00

Wouldn't book again

The room was much too warm, heating to 5, but the heating in the bathroom did not work. Also the ventilation in the bathroom did not work. The TV could not be switched on because the batteries of the remote control were heavily oxidized. The pillows were very flat and there was no free outlet for a charger.
The noise in the backyard was heard very clearly through the closed windows.
At least it was clean.

Departed early

The entrance is actually in a restaurant, it was hard to find. The light in the stairwell was in both the 1st and 2nd floor. Floor broken, so you were completely in the dark. My room on the 2. Floor where it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and a lot of noise could be heard from several rooms was very taken away. The remote control lacked buttons and battery cover, strips were also partially missing and the walls were dirty. In the bathroom it smelled of urine, the black sink and the shelf above were full of toothpaste, as well as a toothpaste cup from the person in front of me was still there.
The photos of the hotel do not correspond to reality and the 'pleasant atmosphere' is sought in vain, just like the 'sound insulation'.
The only positive was my short phone call with a nice man at the reception. This was no longer occupied when I arrived and to receive my key they had to give me a code by phone to receive my key from a lockbox in the stairwell, in the dark.
When I wanted to check out early, they were no longer too friendly. I was offered another room, which I refused and there was therefore no longer a price accommodation.

The people there were pretty friendly.
The room was on the top floor. Warm and quite stuffy. I opened the window and door to try to ventilate it a bit. There was someone in the adjoining room which I don’t think was actually a hotel room but an apartment, who was making shouting and hooting sounds all night.
The sheets and towels were clean. The room itself was dirty, switches on lamps had sticky residue on them, wood had scorch marks and scratches. Many of the lights were inoperable and a few were pulled from their place in the walls and hanging loose.
Breakfast buffet was 12 euros and fine.
