Ideal for dog owners, this family-run hotel in Nordstrand is located 1.6 mi from the North Sea coast. It features free Wi-Fi, a hearty buffet breakfast and rental bikes. Each of the bright newly renovated rooms at Hotel Pharisäerhof - DAS Hundehotel auf Nordstrand mit Restaurant und Café comes complete with a flat-screen satellite TV, an private bathroom and bathrobes. The rooms facing north also have a French balcony or terrace. Pets are welcome in all rooms and a dog-sitting service is available (charges apply). A selection of regional meals, cakes and ice creams are available in the café and restaurant. You can also buy Nordstrand specialties in the on-site shop. The rural surroundings are great for hiking. A ferry stop is located 5 mi away, connecting you to the islands of Amrum, Pellworm and Sylt. Husum Train Station is 8.7 mi away and free on-site parking is provided.

Perfect

Perfect hotel for those looking for relaxation with a dog! Super friendly hosts with a lot of heart! What can I say? Everything was perfect. The breakfast top, the food and so on. I cannot even write it all down, you have to have been here! We will definitely come back.

A very nice short trip

It was a very pleasant stay; people and dogs are warmly welcomed!
The rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished. The food was super delicious; the ice cream and the cake were a dream.
Staff was attentive and friendly.
Unfortunately, we could not really use the dog run because the grass was so high that smaller dogs could not walk, and as a person, you did not know if you were stepping in the droppings of other dogs. When asked, they said it would be mowed when the boss has time.
Therefore, one star less,
All in all, it was really very, very nice!

A great human/dog week in Nordstrand

We have been with our Golden Retriever a week in Nordstrand and really enjoyed the stay at Pharisäerhof. Our room in the 1. Stock (French. Balcony in northeast direction) was functionally dimensioned, the double bed / mattresses were very good, the bathroom had a walk-in shower, even a dog bed with pillow and blanket :-) as well as drinking and food bowl were available. Cleaning the room and changing towels were flawless. The buffet breakfast provided something for every taste and was also visually well arranged. For the guest dogs there was a separate house (spa area) with shower tray, shampoo, towels, hairdryer and infrared dryer. You'd have to write a separate gastronomic article about dinner, because all the food we consumed was a real treat in terms of taste as well as side dishes; small changes to the side dishes were implemented immediately without complaint. The portions met the calorie requirements of a decathlete :-)
The gracious Service by Silvia and Bartek rounded off the feel-good experience. Finally, coffee, cake and ice cream should be mentioned, which also achieved a high level of quality.
We recommend this house convinced for dog owners who want to experience the area a lot on foot or by bike and do not value tourist entertainment much.

Nice dog hotel with small flaws

Overall a nice hotel with great cuisine. In a dog hotel, however, I expect the terrace not to be covered with broken glass. Or that a cooling facility for food is available. The breakfast buffet is good but not outstanding.

A very special holiday destination for dog owners

An all-round successful stay at the Pharisee Court
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pharisee's Court! We would like to highlight the exceptional Welcoming – you feel welcome and well looked after from the start.
Breakfast was a real highlight: a large and varied selection, prepared with a lot of love and also open to special wishes. We also found the homemade cake and the in-house ice cream, which is made from regional products, particularly delicious – a real taste experience!
Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet – ideal for relaxing. The entire location of the farm is wonderfully quiet and green, perfect to just relax. There isn’t much hustle and bustle all around, but that’s what makes the place so relaxing – especially if you’re coming from the city.
For dog owners the farm is ideal: There are plenty of options for outings right outside the door and a beautiful dog beach is only about 15 minutes drive away.
The check-in went smoothly, and otherwise the whole Service was friendly, helpful and straightforward.
Conclusion: If you are looking for peace, nature, enjoyment and warm hospitality, this is the place for you. We would definitely come back!
