2nd time here, its the best prices with great staff and in a good location

Lovely friendly staff who really make a big effort to make you welcome and help whenever needed. Both visits the room, beding and bathrooms were really clean. I will definitely come back and stay again

Dump

We had no choice but to go here after being shafted with a hotel cancellation by booking.com. What a dirty hole. Got bed sheets from reception. Picture attached which is either blood or poo on a fitted sheet. Under one bunk bed were jeans and a hoody top with blood on them from a previous guest. In the bathroom was a face cloth from the previous guest. Clearly never cleaned. I've stayed in hostels years ago as a student in 3rd world countries which compared to this are like the ritz. Absolute dump. You pay extra for towels. Believe me you wont want to shower here. Avoid like the plague.

30 euros to be with 12 people, plus you need to pay your linen too. Anyway i paid my night wanted to stay more in Franckfurt but after that, i decided to get the ... out of here and get the first bus. Owners no very pleasant, for your check out you need to leave at 10 oclcok otherwise you gonna be grounded, anyway you pay until 10 but they cut your internet before. Im usually not a prince but was too much this time for the price and the service, only the location is good maybe

Bad manners

We arrived to the hostel at 11:15 pm (after a delay in our flight) and were told by the night worker that we could not check in although we had our booking and payment done correctly. He told us we arrived 10 minutes late and we were not offer any other option.
We contacted the hostel the day after to try at least to get a refund for the night and the answer was "thank you for your mail. sorry, you arrive after 11pm, and you didn't inform the hostel for late arriving.
Your booking is cancelled and you don't get a refund".
There is a wide offer of hostels in the area, so after how we were attended I would recommend NOT EVEN THINK STAYING HERE.

THE BED BUG HOTEL - MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER

Indeed a dirty hell hole. When we arrived, it took us a while before we found the entrance. Finally we figured it out that the reception was on the 5th floor. The pictures of the hotel on the interned are misleading.
Since there is no bathroom or toilet in the room, you have to use common facilities. It can be a hassle to find a free toilet in the morning ... ask my colleague.
Dirty rooms, dishonest staff, and I was bitten by bed bugs!!!
I hope that the German Health inspection will close this hotel immediately.
I have traveled over the whole world during my business career and stayed in many hotels but by far this was my worst experience !!!
