We would gladly come back.

We traveled with our family and were thrilled with the location. In front of the hotel is a beautiful park . The walk from the train station to the hotel took only 4-5 minutes, so it is hardly worth mentioning. I was in Frankfurt a few years ago and didn't even know that the entire hotel had been modernized. It feels immediately homey and modern. The rooms are also beautiful.
We stayed for two nights and during that time, we noticed a very attentive team; even small requests at breakfast were accommodated, although it was a very varied buffet. I have been in 4 and 5-star hotels where I did not feel as comfortable, thank you.

You book three stars and you get three stars - no more but no less

It may very well be that the primary impression was created by the main entrance being renovated and accessed via a kind of back entrance / courtyard, so my review of the first two aspects is subject to the proviso that our visit was in May 2025 and things may well present themselves better later.
* The lobby area and the courtyard in front exude a certain gloom. Not a great quality of stay. The "bar" consists of the reception desk and there is only bottled beer and space for few people. Those who arrive as a group tend to have less joy here.
* We are attacked with a group that consisted largely of people of advanced age. Carrying the luggage over 20 (about) steps into the backyard was already a number. However, there was one employee who carried the suitcases to the guests with the greatest needs.
* Rooms were rather small
* The breakfast room had little charm
* Breakfast was okay
* Hotel and rooms were clean
* Staff was friendly

Business trip

I was here on 2007 for a business trip. Hotel was good and great. Staff were good and friendly and helpfull. Closed to town and public transport. Breakfast was good with multiple choice. Bun with honey is my favourite.

Good place to stay in Frankfurt an der Oder

The City Park Hotel rooms are adequate; clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty. The staff are courteous and helpful. We had the corner suite which was fairly spacious. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay in Frankfurt an der Oder.

België standards

This place I have visites since 1999. Today 2018 nothing has changed. It offers the same small vers and a bathroom which does not let you any possibility to move or to dry after shower. A room without ventilation. In sum not the place does not meet the standards of the west world. Perhaps during the GDR it was the place to be.But time is thanks God history
