Nothing to complain about here...

The reception, bar, upgrade and breakfast at its finest. The noise of the street stays outside, inside everything is clean, warm and friendly. The only drawback: not easily accessible with Övis. The last two kilometers only by bus, and it doesn't run from midnight.

Bezüglich des Frühstücks ist es schön, dass es Ihnen zugesagt hat.
Ihre Anmerkung zur Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verstehen wir gut. Auch wenn unser Standort nicht im Zentrum liegt, bestehen bequeme Verbindungen: Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, und für zusätzliche Flexibilität bietet sich der MOIA-Shuttleservice an, mit dem sich die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Hamburgs unkompliziert erreichen lassen.

Great hotel, so much value for the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again. Clean, Classy and Nice

Rude staff, refused check-in on the grounds of no payment even though full payment had been made. Room not cleaned properly, toilet still dirty, shower had mould in it.
Will not stay at this or any other Best Western again.
