Very good , wide space

The rooms are wired enough , the stuff are friendly , the surroundings are good for free car parking , also check in check out service perfect , the reception area very good and comfortable, for sure I advice , just the worst thing is cleaning rooms , in early morning like. 8 am knocking the door of the guest , the complimentary water is not replaced , I don’t this is good , this broke up my review .

Nice hotel, lovely staff and fantastic rooms.

Nice room, clean and nice. I can not recognize the other reviews regarding the temperature as it was nice cool in the room, despite the 37 degrees Celsius outside. Lovely staff and exquisite breakfast buffet. The hotel is close to the new neighborhood in Hamburg, with a large shopping mall.

Fallo de gestión

No había agua durante mi estancia. La calificación no es para el tema del agua, entiendo que pasan cosas. La clasificación de 1 ESTRELLA es para la respuesta de la dirección del hotel a la situación. No se reconoció la cuestión. No te disculpes. Y ciertamente no hay alojamiento para las molestias que causó. Hablé con la recepción dos veces y llamé al gerente general del hotel solo para ser enviado al correo de voz - que no fue devuelto. Esto solía ser mi ir al hotel en Lexington - ya no.
