Family Friendliness

I’ve stayed for three nights at that cosy and practical hotel that is very close to the Barmbek subway station.
My room was roomy and view of the main street thus absorbing the sunlight in the mornings.
The hotel has smart facilities within and the breakfast hall has the wide capacity to host many people at the same location together. There is a preworn bazaar close to the hotel where you may find selection of different styles of clothes.

Hotel is very clean and modern, airco is nice but makes lot of sound, but in the end a good stay

Good hotel in nice/convenient area

Lovely hotel in a nice neighbourhood close to public transport. But also nice area to walk around, do some shopping or go to the Hamburg city park. Nice restaurants in the area too.
One very odd this about this hotel however is that apparently you need to request your room to be cleaned on the day of arrival. We were staying 3 nights and because we didn't request this no one came to clean our room once... Which means you do not get new towels or toilet paper either. I don't need a clean towel every day, for that reason I do not put my towel on the floor. However, I do expect the room to be cleaned or at least looked over to see if any amenities have run low, like toiletpaper.... It meant we had to go and get this at reception, which made it feel like we were camping instead of staying in a hotel...
The room also lacked any tea/coffee making facilities...

Room size good, all was clean. The hotel bar was closed on 2 of 5 days, breakfast was ok but not really good die to limited choice

Modern hotel close to railway station. Quiet modern rooms. Made feel very welcome.
