Very quiet rooms, good blackout blinds. Aircon is very weak, took the whole night to go down to approx. 22C

Super nice hotel and very quiet too!

We spent our vacation at the Leonardo HH-Altona from 06/11/26 to 06/18/26. We lacked nothing. We found an available spot right in the parking garage. If you are very lucky, you can also find an available spot on the street in front of the hotel.
We felt very comfortable during our stay, and the location was more than optimal with bus line 2 (goes everywhere and is only a few minutes away from the hotel). Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was also more than amazing! The bar and the restaurant were also great!
Hamburg is always worth a trip!
We are coming back in May 2027, but this time with my parents!

I will not recommend it.

I stayed one night at this hotel. Helene Fischer was in Hamburg this weekend with her stadium show, and the Schlager Move was also taking place. This was naturally reflected in the prices (410.00 euros incl. breakfast). But that is not the reason for this review.
The staff was friendly to me and my room was clean. At check-in, I was informed that my room was an accessible room and that I therefore had the advantage of it being nice and large. It was indeed large. However, and this is my personal perception, it was furnished in a totally uncomfortable way. At no time did I feel comfortable in this room (324). There is also a small bar in the hotel. They put so much ice in the long drinks here that you had to drink quickly so you wouldn't end up drinking a watery substance. The breakfast wasn't a hit either. Cramped facilities, and while you are eating breakfast, a third-party company cleans the bar and vacuums the floor less than 2 meters away without any consideration. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Good hotel for visiting the city

We had booked two nights with breakfast. The hotel is located a bit away from the center but can be easily reached by bus. Breakfast is okay, but the rooms are a bit small. Two people cannot walk past the bed at the same time. Otherwise, everything you can expect from a 4 star hotel is available. Refrigerator, safe, TV, etc. all available in the room. Staff very friendly and always helpful the challenge to increase.

Comfortable clean hotel with an amazing breakfast in a good location

We booked this hotel as it was close to the Fabrik venue. It is in a good location, walkable from a Sbahn station on a side street so it is not too loud. It was not far from the main train station either. The hotel is very clean and has been updated. The staff were super friendly. Our room was a bit on the small side, there was barely room to walk around the bed. Our beds were too soft and made a squeaky noise when you moved around. The bathroom was great. The room had good light blocking curtains. It had a large tv. The breakfast which was included was amazing, one of the best I have ever had with tons of options, it was fresh and delicious with lots of fruit and options for both meat eaters and for vegans/vegetarians. There is a nice bar there too. Our stay was short and we were happy with our choice, the amazing breakfast more than made up for any other issues. Hotel is recommended.
