Would for sure come back

Great experience would for sure book again if I’m in Hamburg. Staff here were super helpful and friendly. They took care of my luggage while I explored the city as I was too early to check into my room. The room is bright, comfy bed, clean. Shower was good. Location is pretty central just 1 stop from Hamburg central station. Really convenient. The lounge at the lobby had a really chill vibe. So nice. Overall great value.

Not Premier Inn standard

Unfortunately, the hotel - or at least not all rooms - does not meet the Premier Inn standard. Although the hotel is offered as a new opening, the hotel itself is not new, but was previously a Super 8 hotel. Accordingly, our room was quite worn, with footprints on the walls and a shower that urgently needs to be renovated. In the room, there is almost no way to hang up clothes; you are living absolutely out of your suitcase. The lobby and breakfast room are typical Premier Inn. In our view, Premier Inn Klostertor and Hammerbrook are the significantly better alternatives.

A nice hotel, good starting point for a city break.

Good service, good beds.
Very good breakfast, spacious lounge for a refreshment after a hot day.

Disappointing

Extremely edited pictures. The rooms show considerable signs of use. Staff is rather incompetent; deficiencies are noted without comment. Insects in the room, so it was cleaned poorly. Breakfast was quite weak. TVs do not work properly. WLAN connectivity is miserable. Location is quite poor, with many construction sites nearby. Disappointing for the price.

Great stay with great service and very clean rooms.

Great newly renovated hotel.
Had a wheelchair room. The room was large, clean with a closet and a wardrobe.
Also the bathroom was generously cut with a walk-in shower and a shower chair and of course a handle to hold on to.
The toilet was also handicapped accessible.
Bed 180x200cm was also very comfortable.
Breakfast buffet was rich, delicious and it was also replenished again and again. The scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages were hot and there were various breads, rolls and croissants.
Tomato soup for dinner was very delicious.
Underground parking large and equipped with disabled parking. Cost per night 29 Eur.
We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and were completely satisfied.
The service at the reception always very friendly and accommodating.
Great stay with great service and very clean rooms!
