Overall day was very pleasant however, the hotel doesn’t have typical air conditioning, which makes the room warm depending on where you’re at in the building. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and willing to do what they can to have a pleasant day.

Barely any service in this hotel!

The hotel is well located in the center of Hamburg, which is why I chose it. It is intended for young visitors who do not have any expectations - unfortunately, I did not know this when making my choice. It was booked and paid for as a double room, and after entering the room, I found that there was only one pillow in the room. Since there was no phone in the room, I had to get an extra pillow at the reception. After that, I realized that the blanket was also not meant for both of us. I had to go to the reception again to get this and the towels for the second person. I had to go to the reception again to get this and the towels for the second person. The next morning, I told the receptionist that the bathroom door was squeaking loudly. It was promised that this would be fixed during the day - but nothing happened!! No change occurred!
Breakfast in the hotel is only served at 8:00 AM. After that, there is hardly any space, you have to line up at the limited buffet, and searching for cutlery - the cutlery drawer was empty, and my question to the staff went unanswered - for $24.50, I simply expect service. You could sit in low chairs and pygmy tables and enjoy the great breakfast - just a shame!!!
