Club descending moderate, DELI newly opened and hammer good, good

This review applies ONLY to the reopened deli, not to the club with gym and wellness. Place Water I 15 years active member, but the club has become sooo bad that I am now leaving. And no one cares about club if someone goes mfg 15 years.
But on DELI: After much back and forth now reopened again. I was skeptical. Yes.... today I tested it and have to say, the deli is hammer good right now. Great ambience, great service and top quality of delicious food. Please keep up the good work!!! Guys, check this out!!!

Very poor customer service

Since Aspria had my old review deleted without being able to provide any final reason or proof that something about it is wrong or unlawful, I simply write it again:
Bring a friend? We will definitely not be friends of Aspria! Why? Because not only (quote from an employee when registering) did we just "mess up the evening," but honestly they also rejected us in an impossible way.
My friend, a member with a monthly contribution of 120€, received an email that she was allowed to take a friend in for free up to and including Saturday. Just registering on site would be necessary, as always. So we set off looking forward to it. Then when you register the shock: The action was simply shortened. (Today is Thursday!) Of course, this would NOT be informed by mail, although it would otherwise hum because of every little thing in the mailbox. After a short discussion I dug out my wallet to pay for the entrance and finally start the evening. Reaction of the employee: "Yes, no, they can't go in today because by the action that still applies (please? She just said yes, it no longer applies!?), so many people come." Big question marks on our side...I was seriously not even allowed in with the normal paid day ticket! Everything just contradicts each other! And it's never been a problem as a non-member, no matter when, to come in after paying. The icing on the cake was the farewell sentence: "I'm sorry we screwed up your night now." Yeah, you did! Huge. Incidentally, such a promotion is intended to attract new customers. I definitely won't be! Thanks for nothing!

Lift maintenance during peak check-out time!

Elevator maintenance from 07.45, during the time when many guests check out! It doesn't work at all. Unfortunately I had heavy luggage with me for professional reasons... I am served and upset!
Breakfast room in another building, longer walk required. Don't forget umbrella in damp weather!

That's bad!

A crazy member, regular guest, brand Steintorgewerbe threatened me a few weeks ago in the sauna: He built himself up in front of me and screamed: "We'll sort it out on the doorstep now. Come on!" I had previously made his companion aware of the "textile-free". He completely freaked out and repeated his threat, waving in front of me and adding that there were other cultures. I was petrified, remained silent and looked aside. He then disappeared and I alerted the staff to the incident. The next day I discovered it again in the Aspria. I went to the staff and asked to confront him. Mrs Mumme, who falsely pretended to be deputy managing director, refused to do so. Angry, I told her: "Then I'll sort it out myself." I went to him. Again he came menacingly close and almost touched mine with his face. To my surprise, he agreed to discuss the incident with Mrs Mumme, adding that he had already briefed her last night. I told Mrs. Mumme everything and, to my surprise again, he admitted everything. Ms. Mumme's reaction was shocking. She said she had known him for years and maybe he seemed to me only threatening, because he was very strong. I was completely irritated as I expected her to kick him out of the Aspria. Instead, she downplayed the incident. Subsequently, I filed a criminal complaint against the gentleman and wrote a complaint to the Aspria management. The GF Frau Gläser offered me a telephone conversation. However, only her assistant Mr. Wimmer appeared at the appointment, and he said that Ms. Gläser was apologizing for personal reasons. She hasn't contacted me to this day. In the meantime, I quit after years of membership. In summary, I can say that the Aspria tolerates the threat to unconscionable members. In addition to my case, I also heard from female members that they no longer venture into the Aspria in the evening, as certain groups of men are unpleasantly noticed. The Aspria was once considered an exclusive address. There's nothing left of that. Some of the audience is unacceptable but tolerated and those responsible lack decency.

Very comfortable 2 day stay. Great view of the lake from the room and enjoyed the sun deck. Spa was extensive and clean. Enjoyed a 7km run around the lake.
