Everything fits perfectly.
We were warmly welcomed. The room is perfect. The location is excellent, situated a good distance from the road. Parking is directly at the hotel. Breakfast is phenomenal. We were not there last time.

Unfortunately a big disappointment ! - Calculated breach of contract by operator - unprofessional !
The hotel is located 2 km outside the city centre on the noisy European route E 233 (Meppen - Cloppenburg) within sight of a petrol station with opposite truck parking. According to the homepage, free rental bicycles are offered - which was one of the reasons for booking.
Unfortunately, the responsible managing director did not have a basic understanding of contractual provisions. Despite repeated and detailed explanations on my part for legal clarification, the lady apparently continued to believe that after booking confirmation was sent by Booking.com, she could declare individual bookings discriminatory - and "invalid" at her personal discretion.
So every potentially future guest should be warned about the whims of the person in charge in this House. Mixed travel planning is therefore, of course, impossible, which is why, given the experience gained, it can only be recommended to resort to other alternatives.
The crown of the whole thing then revealed the hasty grumbling of the boss in the chat with "Hausrecht" - on a verified booking confirmed by Booking and already paid for by the guest in advance!
When reading the e.g. T. plump-unnecessary nature of the chat messages of the GmbH boss immediately became clear that this cannot be a professionally run hotel.
In the unspeakable follow-up news, the managing director then gave the following to the best, among other things: "... first of all, I do not have to justify this, but also due to the previous communication, I grant you a stay ban as managing director and owner of our hotel" ... "That's what everything said on my side."
Instead of going down the honest route and informing Booking.com of the intentional breach of contract at an early stage, Ms.
S t r o d t k ö t e r the reckless way of evading their contractual obligations through "household rights". Actually a case for the competition authority, the press and Dehoga!
The guest affected by the breach of contract is still waiting for the refund of the amount of the stay already paid online in advance and determined by the hotel for refusal to check-in.
Hands off - there are always serious alternatives!

Gerne würde ich sie Anzeigen wegen Betrug, Verleumdung und Falschaussage, da sie aber unter falschen Namen und Adresse agierend, wissen sie genau, dass es fast unmöglich ist gegen solche Menschen vor zu gehen, mittlerweile wissen wir das ihr verhalten eine Masche ist und wir nicht das erste Hotel sind wo sie auf erpresserische weise (gute Bewertung, wenn sie mitspielen) eine Übernachtung einfordern. Booking war nur der Spieleball damit sie, unsere Bewertungen runter stufen können, was sie ja auch angedroht haben.
Sie haben das ganze auch gleich wieder Probiert, dieses mal ein Frauen Name, der auch nicht existiert und die Adresse eine Klinik, das konnte Booking aber direkt lösen,
Haben sie doch den Mut und geben und Ihren richtigen Namen und Adresse dann können wir uns gern auf dem Rechtsweg treffen, dann bezahle ich ihnen die 2.-€ die Booking einbehalten hat gern selbst. Wie klein und minderbemittelt muss man sich fühlen um so böse zu sein.

Top Hotel
Ein sehr schönes privat geführtes Hotel. Das Frühstück war mega! Da kann sich manches großes Hotel ein paar Anregungen holen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hatten unsere Fahrräder mit, es gibt sehr schöne Radtouren! Es gibt auch Fahrräder zum ausleihen, gratis! Das ist unglaublich, aber wahr. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nicht 4,9 sondern 5,0.
Wir waren am Wochenende für eine Nacht im Hotel Tau Lünne in Haselünne, weil wir in der Nähe eine Veranstaltung besucht haben. Uns ging es um ein sauberes Zimmer, um mehr nicht - und wir bekamen viel mehr. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig, trotzdem nachts recht ruhig, und ist einen kleinen Fußweg von der Stadtmitte entfernt. Schon bei der Ankunft war der Eindruck positiv: Gepflegtes Gebäude, heller, ansprechnender Eingangsbereich, sehr freundlicher Empfang. WLAN-Codes gab es für jedes mitgebrachte Gerät ohne Nachfrage. Im Zimmer setzte sich der Eindruck fort: sehr modern, geschmackvoll, 100%ig sauber. Das Tüpfelchen auf dem I war das Frühstück: für diesen Preis unschlagbar gut.
Wir werden wiederkommen, mal schauen, was die Gegend sonst noch so zu bieten hat.

Nettes kleines Hotel
Habe letztens dort übernachtet. Ein nettes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und für den Preis gutem Frühstück. Legt etwas weit von der Stadt, aber sehr verkehrsgünstig. Immer wieder gerne übernachte ich hier.
