European Charm

Typical European (no AC) pleasant hotel in Kamenz. Very clean and updated with a Weiße related painted mural and quote in every room. Next door is a lovely garden and one is awoke in the morning to a cacophony of songbirds .
Breakfast selection is substantial and a restaurant with outdoor seating completes the ensemble.

Very good value, historic building, quiet, own parking, friendly personnel, own restaurant

Villa Weisse is a nice small hotel in a historic building, dated from the 19th century. It was originally the office of the horticulture company of Wilhelm Weiße, supplier to the king of Saxony until the end of the WW I. Since 2015 it is hands of the current owners, who have turned it into a hotel-restaurant, restored some of its original historic look and set up a very good restaurant with German and Czech cuisine. Next to the hotel there is a small park, a reminiscence of the former horticulture area.
There is a large private parking area at the back, you have to drive around to the back. Parking on the street by the main entrance is not allowed.
The rooms are big, quiet and spacey. The hotel has three stories so there is no elevator. If you are tall, make sure that they provide you with a longer bed - mine was 1,90 or 2,00 meters long. The breakfast is basic. If you wish omelet, you can get it but you have to order it.
The prices are moderate, giving the hotel a very good value. I would definitely recommend it.

Really nice hotel for a night during the road trip

Quality of the hotel in all aspects was great. In combination with price I have received it was just miracle. Hotel restaurant is one of the best in term of service.
WiFi setup was somewhat complex. Finally for me it happened to be not needed due to really good evening, had no time for it.

Get the secret of the Key

Even though we had advised that we would be arriving about midnight we were not told that we would need a cell phone to call to get the location of the key to our room. We were lucky to find a long staying guest who could help us out. The room was nice and cosy after the short walk in the snow from the train station. Breakfast is very good and other the the worry at the start of our stay we really enjoyed it and would stay here again (we know the secret now)

Kurzurlaub

Wir waren jetzt zum 2.mal hier und es war wieder Klasse. Es klappt aber auch alles hier. Das personal ist super nett und alles sauber. Die Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend für uns.Wir kommen bald wieder. Versprochen!!!
