Great family holiday

I had an all round pleasant stay at this hotel with small child. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast versatile and fresh. However, I would particularly like to highlight the staff: All staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. You can feel that Service is very important here, and you feel welcome at any time. Thank you for the warm support – I would love to come back!

We won't be back

We spent the turn of the year at the hotel. The rooms were cold on arrival as the hotel had previously closed for the Christmas holidaysThe rooms were clean, the reception friendly.
The bathroom is no longer up to standard. It is heated by an electric radiant heater, which, however, switches off every few minutes by a timer. The shower is very narrow, the entrance high. There is no storage facility for cosmetics.
Breakfast was fine so far, if you look past it, that there was the same sausage and cheese every day. Also, there was only coffee from the vending machine.
Dinner had something of a holiday camp. Self-service with drinks. Soft drinks were available from a refrigerator, when small bottles were all out, everyone filled up their glass from a large bottle.
Beer and wine also had to be tapped by everyone.
Juices were also included during meals. The choice was limited to orange juice and multivitamin juice from the dispenser throughout the day.
Every evening there was a rustic farmer's platter, so every evening the bread left over from the morning sliced with fat, cheese and sausage.
There was pasta every night in 3 different varieties.
The main courses were actually just warmed up and had nothing to do with fresh preparation. In addition, the food was only lukewarm.
We had to be surprised, however, that the male kitchen workers, ( chef ? ) checked the food containers in sweatshirt jacket, woollen hat and partly in bathing slippers.
The New Year's Eve made for a good mood. Everything was perfectly prepared, even the food was of a different quality. There was also something for everyone at the hangover breakfast.
Ultimately, for this handsome price, we expected more.

Awesome place to stay

Although we stayed here in the off season, it was still a fairly busy. The service was great. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and the food was great! I would definitely return and recommend it to any traveler.

The staff is very nice and helping, even though they didn't know English so well, they did everything to help and explain.
Cozy and clean room, great breakfast, very varied and delicious!
There is good wi-fi connection, parking area and beautiful landscape all around.

Simply avoid it

When I came in on a November the first thing I had to do was to wait for 15 minutes for somebody to check me in (I was the only guest in sight). By entering my room it turned out that they do take energy saving seriously the room was too cold to even drop the overcoat. The room itself was dark, furnished with the bare necessities and due to the roof very cramped. Same goes for the toilet, they do offer only the bare minimum required and that´s it. TV screen is small and no remote control which is not needed since the furthest away from it you can sit is about two feet Yes that small)
In the morning I then found out that even after 15 minutes the water was barely lukewarm so at least I was refreshed after having had a terrible night in the softest bed I have ever not slept in.
The breakfast was ok, nothing special in both directions but that did not help, since checking me out took another 15 minutes.
btw did I mention it was also dirty?
