After the storm surge like the Phoenix from the ashes

Fortunately, the Baltic anchor survived the Baltic Sea storm surge of October 20/21, 2023 economically, although due to the location on the water you could not get insurance and therefore had to pay for the damage yourself.
The rooms are nicely decorated after the core removal. The food - we only had breakfast - is of good quality and individual (i.e. with scrambled eggs, there is not liquid egg from the package as in many hotels, but it is prepared directly from fresh eggs).
The location right on the fjord overlooking Denmark is just great. What we would have liked were fly screens on the windows.

Discriminatory.

I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. Anyone arriving with assistance must pay for the stay and the cleaning of the dog. Legally, it is regulated that there are no extra costs for assistance dogs because they are not considered dogs but rather as aids.
Unfortunately, this hotel does not adhere to that and charges extra fees. I find that discriminatory.

Located at a beautiful place with a nice view at the sea

The rooms are fairly basic, there is a separate room with a shower and toilet, and the room is not too big. We had one room at the front. The room comes with a parking spot on the adjacent car park. Do not expect much luxury here, settle for a bed and gutburgerlichen kitchen. Service is fine. Breakfast is standard rolls, croissant, some fruits and several egg options.

Great location and views to Denmark!

This is a great all-in-one Hotel with fabulous rooms and a bar and restaurant.
Very popular with the locals which is always a great sign!
Our time here in Langballig was restful and relaxing. Lots of coastal walking and family friendly parks and playground.
Across the bay is Denmark. People come here to holiday in tents and caravans. Lots of yachts and small boats. All of which give, in the best possible way, an old-world vibe.

Camping place feeling

We had one night stay in a half way from Sweden to Belgium. We got what we were expecting for. Small room with sea view. Room was clean and bed was fine. Shower had exellent water pressure and everything worked fine. Parking is free and next to rooms. Breakfast was nice and price is reasonable. This small hotel is ext to camping place and surroundings makes you feel like being on camping holiday. Small village is beautiful and we saw amazing sunset from fish restaurang terrace.
Hotel room walls are paper thin and you can hear all noices from every room.
But we had good night sleep and can recommend this hotel.
