Located in Medebach, Center Parcs Park Hochsauerland is in the mountains. Rothaar Mountains Nature Park and Diemelsee Nature Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Adventure Golf Winterberg and Waterski Winterberg. Traveling with kids? Consider Summer Toboggan SchanzenWirbel and Winterberg Mountain Adventure. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like mountain biking and hiking/biking trails. This smoke-free holiday park features 3 restaurants, a full-service spa, and free water park access. WiFi in public areas is free. Other amenities include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a bar/lounge. All 120 accommodations boast fireplaces and offer free WiFi and furnished patios. Refrigerators and microwaves are standard, as are TVs with cable channels. Center Parcs Park Hochsauerland offers 120 accommodations with fireplaces and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to furnished patios. Guests can make use of the in-room refrigerators and microwaves. This Medebach holiday park provides complimentary wireless Internet access. Televisions come with cable channels. An outdoor tennis court, an indoor tennis court, and a complimentary water park with a lazy river and waterslides are featured at the holiday park. Great beautiful park
The pool is fantastic: from relaxing to wild slides for the kids. There is a wave pool, several hot tubs and even a white water course.
There is also a huge game hall, where you can play arcade games, do air hockey, drive play cars and drive around in the bumper cars. When there is guidance, you can also climb the climbing walls.
I can name many more beautiful things, but the number of characters is limited. We will definitely come back here again. Thanks, Center Parcs!

hartelijk dank voor uw geweldige review! Wat fijn om te lezen dat u zo heeft genoten van uw verblijf en van de rustige omgeving van ons park.
Het doet ons veel plezier dat het buffetrestaurant zo goed in de smaak viel en dat u de afwisselende culinaire thema’s heeft gewaardeerd. Ook uw enthousiaste woorden over het zwemparadijs, met zowel ontspanning als avontuur voor jong en oud, zijn voor ons een groot compliment.
Daarnaast vinden we het leuk om te horen dat de Game Hall en de klimactiviteiten hebben bijgedragen aan een geslaagde vakantie. Het is mooi dat u de veelzijdigheid van ons aanbod heeft ervaren.
Nogmaals bedankt voor het delen van uw positieve ervaringen. We kijken ernaar uit u in de toekomst opnieuw te mogen verwelkomen voor een volgend verblijf bij Center Parcs!

The price-performance ratio is not right.
Included in the price were the breakfast buffet, the Aqua Mundo, and the playgrounds. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. I would describe the quality of the goods as inferior (regional? Organic - definitely not). The scrambled eggs looked like they came out of a package. With the pancakes, it was definitely the case. The juices from the dispenser were more sweet than fruity.
The Aqua Mundo was also okay - it felt like an overcrowded swimming pool.
The playgrounds are located directly in the sun and are aimed more at smaller children.
Otherwise, money was charged for every activity. The indoor games are offered by another company and you have to purchase credit cards.
I had rented a mountain bike: old, worn out, not cleaned…
The food selection in the restaurants is also low-quality convenience food at far too high prices (salad from a bag, pre-made burger patties, steak - tough…).
I find it a shame that at a place that was primarily created for children, you only get "bad" food.
The two points go to the staff, who were friendly and open. Thank you.
We have visited the Center Parcs Terhills Resort in Belgium in the past. The prices there were naturally overpriced too, but overall it seemed higher quality.
From a child's perspective, everything looks different, of course: only sweets, fast food, many games (they don't notice the costs, after all ;-)).
We will not visit this park again in the future, but would rather invest a little more money and book one of the children's hotels where at least fresh produce is still used, more healthy options are offered, and where the play attractions are included.

Es tut uns leid zu lesen, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Ihres Aufenthalts nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Besonders bedauern wir, dass Sie sowohl die Sauberkeit des Zimmers als auch die Qualität des Frühstücks- und Gastronomieangebots kritisch erlebt haben. Wir können gut nachvollziehen, dass dies den Gesamteindruck Ihres Urlaubs beeinträchtigt hat.
Auch Ihre Anmerkungen zum Aqua Mundo, den kostenpflichtigen Aktivitäten sowie zum Zustand des Mietfahrrads nehmen wir ernst. Gerade bei einem Familienurlaub wünschen sich viele Gäste ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen inkludierten Angeboten und zusätzlichen Kosten.
Umso mehr freut es uns, dass Sie unser Team als freundlich, offen und engagiert erlebt haben. Ihr Lob geben wir sehr gerne an die Mitarbeiter weiter. ❤️

allereerst hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring met ons te delen. Het spijt ons te lezen dat uw verblijf niet aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan.
Wij begrijpen dat de hoge temperaturen tijdens uw verblijf, vooral met een peuter, erg ongemakkelijk waren. De uitzonderlijke hitte van die periode was voor veel gasten een uitdaging. Hoewel wij helaas geen invloed hebben op de weersomstandigheden, begrijpen wij goed dat dit een negatieve impact heeft gehad op uw vakantie.
Daarnaast vinden wij het jammer om te lezen dat u niet tevreden was over de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van onze horeca en de Food Delivery Service. Uw opmerkingen over de smaak, portiegroottes en prijzen nemen wij serieus en zullen wij delen met de verantwoordelijke teams.
Ook uw melding over rokende gasten op balkons en terrassen nemen wij mee. Wij streven ernaar dat iedereen van een prettig verblijf kan genieten.

thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are very sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations and that your experience fell short of the standards you associate with Center Parcs.
We appreciate your positive comments about the beautiful surroundings near Winterberg and the updated kitchen and bathroom in your accommodation. However, it is clear that several aspects of your visit caused disappointment. We sincerely regret that you found parts of the park and accommodation dated, that maintenance issues such as the back door, lighting, and the bathroom staircase situation affected your comfort, and that our facilities and activities did not offer the variety you were expecting.
We also understand your concerns regarding the dining venues, supermarket selection, and the overall atmosphere of the park. Guest feedback is extremely important to us, and comments such as yours help us identify areas where improvements are needed. Please be assured that your observations regarding maintenance, accommodation design, leisure facilities, and food and beverage offerings will be shared with the appropriate teams for review.
We are particularly sorry that, having visited other Center Parcs locations in the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands, you felt this experience did not reflect the quality you expected from our brand. This is certainly not the impression we aim to leave with our guests.

Leuk dat er zoveel te beleven was en dat jullie volop hebben kunnen genieten van de prachtige omgeving. Dat alles ook nog eens zo schoon was, maakt het plaatje natuurlijk helemaal compleet.
