Kleines feines Landhotel
Wir haben hier anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages übernachtet und abends auch im Restaurant gegessen. Unser Zimmer Nr.5, die Lindensuite, hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Man merkt es überall, dass die Betreiber das Hotel und das Restaurant mit viel Fachkompetenz und Herzblut führen. Wer möchte, kann sich vom Chef persönlich, zahlreiche Ausflugstipps für die nähere und weitere Umgebung abholen. Wir hatten es während unseres Aufenthaltes ausnahmslos mit freundlichen und zuvorkomenden Mitarbeitern zu tun. Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche wirklich spitzenmäßig! Auch das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen ließ keine Wünsch offen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Not worth the price
We booked this “hotel” through Booking and frankly I expected better
Check-in is online and then a message is sent with the codes for the entrances, but this was well explained
What was not very clear is that it is not a hotel with breakfast, but not even a mini-apartment where you can organize... rather I would say that it is a Hostel-like with very large and beautiful rooms... although ours was a bit dirty (but I will come back here later)
In short, the managers send us the codes, with quite clear indications (a code was wrong anyway so we had to call them), then you enter this old building completely renovated, in the rooms there are also designer furniture and the bathroom was really brand new and beautiful... too bad that the super modern shower flooded the floor!
Anyway so far so good, what I did not like at all is that the “breakfast/lunch/dinner room” in use for guests was yes nice, but without the stoves for cooking, only with a microwave, and especially the coffee machine was for a fee, with prices nothing short of exorbitant: hot water at 2 euros, latte macchiato at 3.80 euros!
Of course also dispensers of various foods and drinks / alcohol had prices in my opinion space!
We made up for it by shopping at the supermarket, but we did not like this policy of taking money from the guest, also because there is not a bar in this tiny and cute village, but out of this world!
The last note concerns the cleanliness: not so thorough, since if the bathroom was really shining, the room had been left a bit behind: proof of this is that in the corner behind a wine rack (by the way what is a fake wine rack doing in a room? Mysteries of modern design!), there was a good-sized and very old web! You know those fake cobwebs they use in movies when the scene takes place in the attic? Ecco!
So frankly I chose this Accommodation not to spend too much and be close to Potsdam and the airport, but frankly for the price I expected more!

Reall good, worth 3.5-4 points
A very lovely country inn. Quality very convincing. If you have a chance, go and find out for yourself. Atmosphere and all what matters top. Simply the best place around Potsdam. I also recommed Werft in Brandenburg and Phillipsthal. You will not be disappointed, i know what I say. My judgement is based on that type of place, leisure and pleasure in a tranquil atmosphere.

Nice garden
The Hotel is nice and very quiet. The restaurant in summer is outside. We booked a table and we got the most awful one. Once asked to the manager to change it he was not really happy to help. Food was good, just a couple of things were not cooked in a proper way but the waitress, the only nice person there, changed them immediately. Not really international- tourist orientated.

Das Zimmer wurde durch einen Mitarbeiter gezeigt und diese wären sehr höflich und zuvorkommend
Schickes, edles Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr lecker und schön zubereitet.
Schön, moderne eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.
Gerne wieder !
