Rooms were clean & comfortable; they provided free bottled water daily which is a rare find. Barbar at the front desk was always helpful. They were very transparent at check in about the elevator being serviced during our stay and that it would likely take longer than the service provider promised. Conveniently located close to the Munich Hauptbahnhof. They were also in walking distance to Marienplatz square and other tourist places.

Positives - Girl on reception was lovely. Our room was quiet. Across the road from the train station. Walking distance to old town and lovely restaurants.
Negatives - not a great area. We didn’t feel safe late at night so didn’t stay out after 11pm. Room was very small. Coffee machine but no teabags so bring your own. I would have preferred a kettle as I felt the water hadn’t boiled. Air conditioning wasn’t great. Couldn’t make it colder but thankfully it wasn’t too warm when we stayed. Bathroom was ok but bath towels were the size of hand towels. Carpet outside our room on floor 3 was absolutely disgusting! Looked like there had been vomit and the initial smell was horrendous. The smell did improve a bit. You had a choice to have your room cleaned or a free drink! It wasn’t cheap so I think I would look for a hotel in a different part of Munich next time.

One night stop over before travelling on from Munich. Comfortable and good breakfast choice.

Quite ok

Great location at Hbf. Good breakfast. But otherwise mediocre. But good clean.

Room was clean. Staff was great and helpful. Accidently chose the wrong year for my trip. They were unable to refund me the money per their policy however they were able to accommodate free breakfast. Would stay there again.
