Super delicious classic and vegan cuisine at a very high level.
a very good meal, not only classic but also vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Always friendly even when there is a bit more to do; we are always happy to return.

Random hit with repeat guarantee
We discovered this hotel spontaneously on our way back from Spain to Berlin – and were really thrilled.
Even the location in the beautiful Münstertal is a highlight in itself. Located on the mountain with a fantastic view, and we were incredibly warmly welcomed. Right at the beginning we were invited to arrive on the terrace and enjoy nature – this immediately caused deceleration.
After the long drive we were especially grateful that we could still eat warm in the afternoon. The linguini with bolognese were really delicious – just like the cappuccino and the cake afterwards. In the evening we went straight to dinner again because it tasted so good to us. The schnitzel was a real highlight (my family loved it), and my asparagus risotto with shrimp was also excellent.
The breakfast the next morning was also great: large selection, fresh preparation of the eggs and very attentive service – everything was brought to the table.
The hotel itself is also highly recommended: cozy rooms, heated pool, sauna and a lovingly designed common room with games for children and adults – especially for families really great.
We would have liked to have spent longer there and found it almost a pity that we were just passing through. We are all the more pleased to have discovered this hotel – currently it still seems like a real insider tip, due to a change of operator as we learned from a fellow guest.
We will definitely come back – but then with more time in our luggage and definitely with an empty stomach.

A beautiful house in a perfect Black Forest location.
We were extremely satisfied with all the services of the hotel. Starting with the planning, the menu selection, and the rooms, everything was perfect. The food was wonderful, and there were creative options for vegans as well.
Ms. Füßlein is a very attentive host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our days there.
