Located in Ostbense on the North Sea coast, this family-run hotel offers a modern spa, spacious rooms, and regional food. The seafront is less than 500 metres from the property and sandy beaches less than 5 minutes' drive away.

Nice stay with two nights
Our stay at the Hotel Nordstern from 27.09-29.09.25 is completely positive. Our quarters for the two days was one of the log cabins located near the main house. We liked the log cabin, even if it is not “exuberantly” modern. Rustic and absolutely sufficient. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially the great Service, whether in the restaurant or in the registration. A nice and humorous squad overall. I liked it refreshingly. The kitchen is fine and offers a variety of dishes. The breakfast buffet is rich. The only suggestion for improvement: perhaps a more closed system for salad, cold cuts, cheese and co., that would be more appetizing - especially in the summer months, when rurally numerous “plagues” are on the way. A lovely greeting to the chef, the chef and Marcel. We can only recommend the Hotel Nordstern, we will come back! (At the latest if a new sign from the vestibule is required at the time of registration;-). Thanks again for the gift. Many greetings are sent by Kirsten and Achim.

Satisfactory.
The food was not always good. Sometimes there was not good fish.

If you book the hotel through TouriDat, you will stay at the hotel as guest 2. Class treated. Why do I say that? Because the accommodation is not hotel, but in the annex.
Monetized at TouriDat: the hotel is appealing. Contact with the hotel unfortunately unsuccessful.

Didn't deserve a star!
Had to give one, unfortunately!
Had not booked in the hotel, but a holiday apartment of the Nordstern Hotel. But everything fits with the ever worsening reviews!
I am a long-time customer of the Nordstern Hotel and can only wonder what is going on there!
I rented the apartment for August and October half a year ago on my last visit to Bensersiel as always and received a written confirmation. When we arrived at the beginning of August, the apartment was occupied a week beforehand despite a telephone confirmation and should be accommodated in the last cabin. In response to the suggestion that we had a written and telephone confirmation, an employee told us the following:
“We don’t rent permanent apartments at all so we can always push”
“We don’t make firm commitments... if they’ve been given that feeling, I’m sorry....”
A little note:
I have received a written confirmation from this very employee for the apartment!
Can only advise everyone to avoid Nordstern Hotel and apartments that are rented through the Nordstern Hotel! Then you are guaranteed a nice holiday!

Absolute failure!
Absolute failure! There's no way you can get what you've booked. This is all about being deceived! The pictures on the booking portal are in no way comparable to what you ultimately get!
We were housed in the annex. The last drop! Unlocked front door and room door which has a huge gap.
The room - sobering! As a hotel operator, I would be embarrassed to offer such a thing!
Outdated and broken furnishings, cobwebs and dirt, mold in the bathroom and clairvoyant, so you can hear every peek from next door and up above.
At night, sleep is unthinkable when there are holiday guests running through the room above. It creaks and cracks.
At breakfast we were reprimanded (without a “good morning”) that we would be sitting together at too big a table - not even half the other tables were occupied! The breakfast buffet was in itself okay with air up. But there was only coffee and tea. Cappuccino or latte macchiato was not offered. It wasn’t clean here either. The floor was dirty and the glasses were leftovers from the dishwasher.
We asked to see the CEO. This was not initially found. After all, we were able to catch him at the reception. He responded to our criticism of the room by saying that we could expect nothing else for the price. We have booked through Kurzurlaub.de. After all, he could not influence what kind of pictures of the hotel are presented there. Of course, only the suites would be shown. Apparently, this hotel is well prepared for the complaints of guests.
All in all, I advise everyone to book a room at this hotel!
PS: The Ko..e at the main entrance accompanied us throughout the weekend.
