Completely satisfied
We felt very comfortable and I can't understand the partly bad reviews here. The room in the 2. Upstairs offered a beautiful view, was spacious and we heard nothing from other rooms. The spa area was very nice and extremely well maintained with a large indoor pool, Jacuzzi and Jacuzzi as well as several saunas. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor area with beautiful squares and loungers. The restaurant offered friendly service and delicious food at reasonable prices on a beautiful outdoor terrace. The lady at the reception was friendly and competent. Breakfast was extensive and good quality.

No heart for solo travelers
I was here with the Vikings for New Year's Eve. A very well maintained hotel, spa area good, in the sauna I lacked a plunge pool, surge shower unfortunately located in the textile area. Swimming pool I did not use, too chlorinated. Breakfast buffet really varied and good. Even dinner very tasty. New Year's Eve menu extraordinarily varied, delicate, too sumptuous for me, but you could dance your way out.
What I absolutely did not like was the EZ surcharge for a real single room, 1 bed, everything to reach arm's length, windows was obstructed by the desk, the shower went so far to open that I could enter normally (43cm wide), but am also slim.
For this, an extra charge of 18€/night was required.
Surcharge for a double room for single use I can understand.
I'd be interested in the answer.

Unfriendly service without any sense of how to deal with guests.
We were on 30.11.2024 four in the restaurant of the NaturKulturHotel Stumpf for dinner. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. A wine recommendation could not be given. Of the three starters ordered, only two came. When asked, the waitress said that she had finally repeated all orders after the order. At the suggestion that she had listed the third appetizer, she ran away without comment and without any excuse and from then on no longer served us. Instead, we had to wave in a service representative for each additional order. We felt like we were being ignored. The third appetizer (pumpkin cream soup) then arrived very late and was lukewarm and taste lax.
The quality of the food was fine, but not anymore.
Regrettably, there's no sign of "culture."
This is a shame, because we had considered celebrating a bigger birthday with overnight stays at NaturKulturHotel Stumpf in February 2025.

Boiled
We were there for coffee in the afternoon. It was agreed beforehand that we bring our own cake. The surprise was an outrageously high flat rate for the plate. Adults 15,50 Euro, children 5 Euro. We paid for drinks normally. Never again!

Peace seekers will probably be disappointed, but wellness good.
Looking for a quiet hotel, I ended up at the NaturKulturHotel for two nights.
Located on the edge of the forest, has very different rooms, a beautiful wellness area, a large green garden and a beauty area. Especially Mrs. Ouna is to be praised here, who tried very hard and gave me a wonderful massage.
The food is good but nothing, except the salad, which should be mentioned particularly positively. Breakfast is ok, but not anymore. Very friendly staff, except at reception - there is still room for improvement.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations regarding rest. The hotel is noisy, before that there was a construction site and behind the row of forests is a sports field that provided night spectacle. Too bad, so no hotel I will come to again.
