Great location, good food.

Beautiful location. Deserved name, truly beautiful view into the valley and beyond. Rocking loungers down in the garden. The view from the restaurant is wonderful. Terrace in full sun. There are 3 different rooms. Café - modern, comfortable, artificial fireplace. Restaurant in the middle and one with panoramic windows. Here, the chair cushions were already heavily worn and hard.
Friendly service.
Food, almost all fresh, homemade, and deliciously hearty.
The cake was not fresh for the day; the Black Forest cherry had the cream on the outside slightly dried out, and the cheesecake base was soaked through.
Greeting from the kitchen – oven-warm, fluffy baguette with a delicate, perfect crust, accompanied by herb cream cheese. The steak was not fully cooked (which I wanted), a bit dry but acceptable. The herb butter was a bit weak; it could have used more salt and pepper. Homemade spaetzle, authentic sauces, and plenty of them. Salads of all kinds were individually dressed, and the asparagus cream soup was fine. Clever - the smoked salmon skewer was wrapped around a grissini, making it easy to eat without unnecessary fuss.
Prices are elevated.
Restrooms on the same floor right by the entrance. Windows, daylight, clean, 2 stalls for women, changing table.

Everything great

Great hotel, all clean, very nice staff, MEGA breakfast, small very nice spa with large outdoor area to lie down. You can really relax here.

MEGA, such a lovely place, everything is designed with a lot of love, great service, great breakfast, very delicious dinner, everything from the region, nice spa, great big garden, it was just a wonderful stay and we will definitely come back.

Very pleasant stay!

We spent a lovely weekend here with friends. From the hotel you have a wonderful view of the surrounding area. This view is also particularly noticeable from the dining room, which has large panoramic windows. Our room was a suite, very spacious for two people. The swimming pool and sauna area are spacious enough. From the sauna area you can go straight into the garden and enjoy the scenery while cooling down. Both the breakfast buffet and dinner - we had half board - were very tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A charger that we had accidentally left in the room was sent to us without any problems. I would like to thank you again for this.

Such so terrible experience to stay here!

This is the worst stay experience I have ever suffered. At 23:30 on the first night, we and the reception responded that the tenant upstairs was making noise every 15-20 minutes, but the reception asked us what should he do? What can you do if the next-door tenant has children? If you can't accept it, you can check out and leave tomorrow. The next day we responded to last night's problem with the reception again, the receptionist was equally aggressive, unfriendly and unsympathetic, and said that if we checked out early, we would still have to pay the full price.
Because we prepaid the total cost of stay to booking.com, the hotel should claim the amount from booking.com, but when we checked out, the receptionist told us strongly that we have to pay for the room again. After we got home, we confirmed with booking.com that it was the hotel's fault, because they made a mistake in the money transfer. Fortunately, booking.com helped us solve the problem quickly and refunded us.
I have traveled to so many countries and stayed in countless hotels. I have never stayed in such an unprofessional and unfriendly hotel. I do not recommend it at all.
