Always happy in this hospitable place.

The service in the hotel and also in the restaurant are excellent. The food is freshly prepared. The rooms at the hotel are tastefully decorated, here you can feel the influence of the boss. Since the beds are very comfortable, you wake up refreshed and without back pain in the morning, which is not secured in every hotel. Wishes are gladly implemented. The owner couple was always approachable to fulfill our wishes. In this hotel you feel comfortable, that's all you need for a relaxing time in Pforzheim.

Great family run house, with a feeling you come home

A great family hotel where the guest can feel a comfortable atmosphere.
I booked a double room with my sister. The mattresses were a dream and we haven't slept as well in a hotel as there for a long time.
Breakfast left nothing to be desired.
We had arranged with friends at the hotel's own restaurant and were also very satisfied with the price and performance. Great service, very lovable owners who also took the time for a little chat even though the restaurant was full.
We can recommend this place 100% and will definitely come back.

Unbearably unfriendly

I can not recommend this place. We had booked a double room and on arrival this was not cleaned. As an alternative we were offered another double room with toilet in the corridor. Not acceptable to us. Then we were offered an apartment. At a much higher price. Okay...
Spontaneously we wanted to stay a second night, in the same apartment. But we were not informed that the son of the family is having a Halloween party in the apartment above us. We have not turned a blind eye, despite repeated requests for calm. Zero understanding for us from the owners. Zero goodwill or accommodating at the asking price. It was a horrible experience for us.

What a positive surprise!

Today I went to the Hasenmayer hotel restaurant for the first time and indulged my passion for asparagus.
A very fine asparagus combination with asparagus cream soup with coconut and fine asparagus sticks with pancakes and hollandaise sauce. For dessert there was also a chocolate ice cream sundae.
Another positive thing to note is that the senior managers serve you very friendly in the rustic ambience. They even took the time to show me the in-house bowling alley with additional restaurant and bar.
The evening was a complete success: asparagus cream soup for 6.60 euros, asparagus sticks and pancakes with hollandaise for 26.60 euros and the ice cream for 7.70 euros. Prices for the bowling alley can be viewed on the homepage.
I'd love to come back!

A force

We booked 3 double rooms with the family. We were surprised by the single beds, but the great mattresses ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Even though the furnishings weren't the newest, the rooms and bathrooms were top notch, clean and fully equipped. The minibar was well stocked. But what topped it all off was the sensational breakfast and the unique service from the staff, which we noticed very positively at dinner yesterday. So we can only recommend the hotel.
There are plenty of free parking spaces right next to the hotel.
