Room was spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough. Close to central Ratingen. Parking was not a problem.

Clean, perfect room for on person, easy code access into the hotel front door and the room too, pleasant staff in the morning, I didn’t eat but the breakfast setup looked good, easy access on foot or public transportation nearby.

​Initial Impression: The self-check-in/out process was efficient, and the room initially presented as clean upon entry.

Missing Amenity: We were highly disappointed to find that the baby bed we required was not available or provided, which created an immediate and significant inconvenience for our family.
​Severe Hygiene Hazard: The most alarming issue was discovered in the morning when I found bedbugs in my pillow. This constitutes a severe health and hygiene hazard. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, and this room requires immediate professional fumigation and sanitation.
​Privacy Failure: Additionally, the room's curtain could not close the whole way, leaving a visible gap. This seriously compromised our privacy, as anyone outside could look directly into the room.
​Action Required: Room 34 must be immediately inspected and taken out of service to address the confirmed pest issue and the basic maintenance fault with the window covering. We expect a prompt response regarding how these dangerous and unprofessional failings will be corrected.

The property was renovated, very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, had two windows and had fresh air, staff very friendly, Nina was an amazing host, very friendly and polite.

Not great, started off great with early checkin but then on returning about 4.30 found that there were no towels in the room, no duvet covers or pillow cases , the safe was shut and unable to open and very few electrical outlets. Also no kettle in the room to make a cuppa after climbing stairs as there was no lift and i was on the 4th floor
